    Sorry I was just enquiring if anyone knew anything about this company or if it was the same. I wasn't recommending it.

    As I've already said, this thread is for discussion of CPP complaints, not alternative insurance policies.
    Start a separate thread if you want to discuss this, there is a whole sub-forum devoted to insurance money saving;

  • I received three letters re claiming CPP which have different policy numbers on them. I've just received a claims form for one of the policies, will I be receiving another two claims forms?

    Thanks

    I've posted this link before:
    http://www.cppredressscheme.co.uk/faq.html

    I don't know why people don't read the 'official' information that is already out there before asking the same things here.
    I have had a number of card or identity protection policies but have only received one form. Is this correct?

    Yes. You will receive a form for each type of product you have or have held. By this we mean one form if you held card protection and another if you also held an identity protection product. If you have had more than one card protection policy, or more than one identity protection policy, you will not need to complete a form for each policy. If you do return the form and claim compensation for a type of policy, then any live policies of that type will be cancelled.
  • Thanks for the reply, I realise that Martin stated choose one of the two templates, my problem is I can't locate the original policy to check which of the two would be the most appropriate.

    I expect the forms are put in a scanner and processed by computer, black ink capitals are easiest for software to recognise.

    I would find it hard to believe that it is a legal requirement. I wouldn't worry.

    Oops I never noticed the capitals bit :eek:, but i did use a black pen.
  • I have received a claim form from CPP indicating that I could be due repayment of all premiums plus interest paid since January 2005.

    On searching my records I have discovered that I initially took out my policy on the advice of HSBC bank in 1993!!!

    According to some reports I have seen, only CPP policies taken out since 2005 will be eligible for refunds - any ideas please.
