The section that reads 'Why you want to be considered for compensation' is a little confusing, do I need to state any details here about how long I had the policy?
A guide to what to write would be really useful!
Thanks,
T23
I have also had a letter with a policy number on it. I do not remember taking this out or for what card it refers to. What should i fill in section B as i do not want to make an untrue statement.0 -

....mainly because I had stuck up my wife's letter before realising there wasn't another pre-paid one for my son's!:o
I will stamp another one, but just curious about photocopying legitimate prepaid envelopes for use!?

Just been on to Barclaycard by phone and told them their online form isn't working.
I said I did not want to answer most of the questionnaire questions about health, income etc as they were not relevant to the claim.
They were fine about this and just took my CPP reference and my reasons for mis-selling saying they would write to me within 5 working days.
One issue though. The person I spoke to said I MUST cancel the policy before making the claim, but I said I did not believe this was essential and asked for the claim to be processed.

Anyone else noticed that when folded the claim form is slightly longer than the envelope!?

No, gone for the stamp, but if anyone has a definitive answer about the validity of copying pre-paid envelopes, I would be pleased to know

The scheme says they'll send out another copy after 5th march if the forms still haven't arrived by then.0

I haven't received a letter yet (they definitely have my address and details as they sent the voting stuff to me). How long should I leave it before chasing, do you think?
Same goes for my OH, although I did only send out a change of address letter to them about a month ago (which should really be enough time for them to have updated their records accordingly).February wins: Theatre tickets0
