Many thanks MSE in highlighting this. Have just received £235 for post 2005.
Now trying to claim back pre 2005. I'm not sure who I send this to. I took this out when I rang to register my M&S store card. Do I send to CPP or M&S Financial services?
Thank you in anticipation of any help.0 -

I received a cheque for £303 several months ago for a policy I had with CPP. I didn't need to give them any details, as they have it all on computer. Today, I received a further £168 for the policy before 2005, also which I had not submitted a claim for!0

Just received a cheque this morning from Bank of Scotland for premiums prior to 2005. This was sent by them without me asking for it. I take it they must be looking at all their customers successful claims for CPP
I also received a cheque from them without prompting from me! Nice surprise!0 -
My CPP was first introduced to me by Nationwide CC about year 2000/2001. Where would I send claim to if I were to claim?0

Hi,
I had a Cardholder Protection plan with Tesco between 2008 -2010. The monthly installment amounts differed depending on the amount outstanding on my monthly credit card statement.
I note the deadline date to re-claim CPP has passed, am I still able to re-claim and should I be contacting Tesco or CPP?
Any assistance much appreciated

Quick update:
Having been successful with CPP 'post-regulation', I turned my attention to NatWest for the 14yr period I had the policy through them pre-regulation (1991-2005).
It's been going back and forth for about 6 weeks now (requests for documentary proof, previous addresses, etc...) but earlier today my latest chase-up phone call resulted in me being told they intend to reimburse me in full + interest, a figure around the £480 mark.
I'm really chuffed and my advice to anyone pursuing their bank for recompense pre-2005 is don't give up....0
