Success. Posted my claim 5th Aug, chkd they had received it on tel last wk and was advised received by them on 13th Aug...can't understand why such a gap in dates. Anyway, thought I'd be waiting weeks but today I have received a chq for over £200. Thanks to mse, and I do hope all these last minute claims arrive in time.0

Surely if it's a PO Box then when the company go to collect there mail they need to sign for the special delivery and recorded mail separate and I have sent Recorded and special delivery mail before to PO boxes and always got there.
I have sent it to the address on the envelope provided this way you have done what they have asked for and can't see there being a problem but worth a risk for £7 IMO.0 -

Why? I have now found it again so could post it today. I'm concerned that they may not have received the one I sent them, especially because people who also sent them back fairly recently seem to have already been paid out.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

Of course it's your choice whether you do that, but all it's likely to do is create extra work for them.
I'd rather create extra work for them than risk not getting paid at all.
I'm working until 4 and will be home around 4.30. I think I'll fill it in and then check in case anything's arrived when I get home. If it hasn't then I'll post the other form out.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

Anyway, you seem set on this course of action whatever happens so I'll say no more...0 -
I sent a letter to M & S Cardsafe to the Darlington addresss on M&S website on 2nd July re pre 2005 claim. No response. Spent ages the other day trying to speak to someone only to be passed back and forth from M&S and Cardsafe. Someone did at last take my details and said someone would contact me within 24 hours. Well that didn't happen. Still not convinced I was talking to the correct people.
Anyone who has claimed form Cardsafe, where did you write? TIA0 -
That postcode isn't the correct format for a UK postcode. The correct postcode is NR18 0WZ.

I presume they don't filter out special delivery mail to this address so that is why you have to use the actual address for the processing centre. This will arrive and separately with other special delivery mail and then be added to the CPP mail that came via the PO Box.
If it's signed for with the 30th August on the receipt, then surely that is the proof that it arrived with them in time?0 -
I'm in the exact same last minute boat.
Am leaning to the normal address with a one line on the envelope asking the delivery person to pop it through the slot.0 -
