I'm in the exact same last minute boat.

Am leaning to the normal address with a one line on the envelope asking the delivery person to pop it through the slot.
Either that, or there's a better than 50% chance that a First Class stamp will get it to the PO Box in time.

I thought the same thing. Sod it. Will just first class stamp it. After that, it's my own fault for being a prat.

I waited for over 40mins on the phone. If you do get through, post the outcome!!

    Update:

Spoke to them on the phone (another 20 min wait approx), spoke to another helpful person who confirmed to me that the Williams Lea address was the correct address to send it to, Special Delivery. So I just ran down to the Post Office (caught them before it got busy at lunch!) and got it sent off.

Warning - it costs £10.68 - an extra £3.00 charge for Saturday delivery! In for a penny, as they say. As long as I break even I'll be happy ;)

I just lumped it first class. Gah! I can only hope now I don't fall into that 3% of first class that doesn't make it!

Sent yesterday - Special Delivery Guaranteed, at a cost of £6.40, to the PO Box 250, NR18 8DG address (having first checked with the man in the Post Office that even though it was a POB address, someone would still sign for the envelope).

'Track & Trace' has confirmed that it had been delivered by 1116hrs this morning, and had been signed for ... there is even a copy of the recipient's signature.

    Hope this allays some fears!

    :)
    If it's cheap, I'm cheerful!
  • Hi

I have completed the claim form and returned a long time ago and called the number for CCP today to be informed that they have not received my form its the 29th August and now all they can suggest is that they post another form out but it will not be with me in time to post back to them

    Hi there

Slightly confused. I recieved a claim for for card protection but not identity protection. I had not realized these were different thing. So i had to card policies and an identity protection policy. I called CPP today and they are sending one out, but the cut of point is tomorrow???? I called the financial ombudsman and they said send a letter today explaining and then send a form. If they refuse to look at it contact them.

    ANY ADVICE???

HUGOj looks like we are both in the same boat. However do you have receipt for proof of postage? If you do send this?
