Apologies if this is a stupid question.
I had to ask for a new letter and got this today.
If I post this first class / recorded delivery for the same day tomorrow do you think I will still be entitled to repayment ?
I made the mistake of binning the first two letters as thought they were spam mail ?0 -

Anyway, you seem set on this course of action whatever happens so I'll say no more...
I'm just concerned in case the first form went astray.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

Hi
I have completed the claim form and returned a long time ago and called the number for CCP today to be informed that they have not received my form its the 29th August and now all they can suggest is that they post another form out but it will not be with me in time to post back to them
If the original claim form had been lost in the post, you'd think they'd be a little more flexible.
I'd post the new form when it arrives, and include a letter regarding the original being sent back, but lost in the post, and if they refuse to process the claim, complain to FOS.
Of course, in hindsight, it would have been advisable to contact them say 8 weeks after posting the original form - but it is easy to forget these things (although, I'd recommend putting a note in your diary/calendar/phone for x weeks after you post something like this).PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0 -

Hello I was paid about £260. I had a Barclaycard where I was (mis) sold CPP from 2005 to 2010 when I finally saw sense and cancelled it. How do they work out the compensation I am entitled to?
CPP told us we didnt need claim form but we shuld put in a claim to Barclays Bank for 2001! Ive downloaded martins template but it says the 'I enclose the paperwork' i.e. proof. I obviously havent got any paperwork for such a long time ago. What do I do? Would be so grateful if someone would tell us the best thing to do. Plus being such a long time ago really dont know what to do/how to write the letter.
Thankyou in advance to all.:question:if i had known then what i know now0 -

Also have had this so long do not know which bank sold it to me and am unable to advise the bank sort code or account number. Paid this from my credit card and no longer have statements. Help!!!!0
