Hello I have tried to claim for old PPI but don't have the account numbers. Two places have stated that they can't find my accounts from 2006. I have tried to write to the archive department but no reply. What advice can anyone offer? I spoke to a PPI claim and they are sure they could get the info out the companies??? How can I do this without paying 40% of my money paid out.0

Well 'Martin' was right, I have just received £1015-73 from the CPP pot!0

I had CPP Card and Identity Protection.
I used your templates to complete my claim forms and within 6 weeks I received a cheque for £1024.
Thank you Martin0 -
Having received my post 2005 payments back from CPP I wrote to M& S for the earlier periods back to 1990. They said their records showed I took out the policy with CPP?? I phoned CPP and they said it was with M & S. So wrote back to M & S and they forwarded my claim to CPP who sent a further cheque for the period January 2004 to Jan 2005 which was a 3 year payment of £55 plus interest.
So the message is don't give up.
Have now written to M & S for refund of 1990 to 2003 payments and waiting to see their response0 -

Good Morning. I am new to this but I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU, to your website for giving me the information and help I needed ,to claim back my CPP refund.
I filled in all the forms sent them off not expecting anything back.
but low and behold I just received a cheque for £114.00. So I have just put it into my ISA account.
I would just like say to others give it a go send off the forms, you may be surprised at what you get back.
All the best and good luck.0 -
We hadn't taken any notice of the letter/form that came in the post, but then ... I saw dear Martin on the telly and he said "fill it out", so, using the suggestions on this site, I completed it for my husband. He has received a cheque in the post today for £285! FILL IN THE FORM AND SEND IT OFF!!0

Have sent in my claim for post-2005 CPP, but had it for some time before that. My records don't go back far enough to show me who I bought it from (presumably through one of the credit cards I held then), but do show that I started it in 1987. Any idea how I can claim for the pre-2005 bit? It could be a reasonable amount.0
