mothers make sacrifices when they have children, for a child to come along and say i prefer it at my dads byee is selfish to me.

So you expect a miserable child to stay with his mother & be unhappy just to make her happy?

We know the child is miserable and wants to live with his dad. The child is who matters.

That doesn't matter as far as the child is concerned otherwise there's a lot of mothers out there who had affairs who wouldn't now have care of their children.

We don't know that but it doesn't matter.

Actually that's what the child says (via the OP).

Unless you mean that the child isn't more important, and then I begin to wonder what kind of a mother you are.

Or did the mother chuck him out because the was having it away with the postman?

It's all irrelevant, parenting is a joint venture not something only a mother does best.

Somebody sent me this the other day, sadly it's only too true.
