 Welcome to ebay!

Receiving a negative is not the end of the world. If she leaves a neg just put a factual reply. People can then make up their own minds. Usually it is obvious when a retaliatory neg has been left and most normal people then ignore it.0

Paypal have closed the dispute and found in my favour because the Seller did not respond to their notice!!0

I had to go out for most of today and had returned home fully intending to repay the monies refunded by paypal, since the dress arrived.
 However -
The Seller has now opened an Unpaid Item Dispute
I now do not want to pay her at all - she is a psychiatric case.
This is the latest offering of an email -
You got your reversal but that does not mean anything, I will keep sending Paypal proof of the receipt that the item was shipped, also I will file with the Durham Police Department for theft. You stole the dress, the post office clerk remembers you & states you receive shipments on a weekly basis. I am calling the police in your area, if the money is not in my paypal account within 48 hours. You have commited fraud, theft, mail fraud.
I have sent the full email, including headers that Ebay always want, to Ebay, regarding the opening of an Unpaid Item Dispute.
 When will all this end?
What would you do? Would you pay her?

Morally, yes, you should pay her. She may be a psycho but you did get your item. Might have been better to close the dispute sooner really...My TV is broken!

Well I got myself mixed up with the dates and thought that the dispute didn't close until next Monday.
I shall decide what I am going to do with her in the morning. She has been so vile, so abusive, so threatening, etc, that I would rather send the b***** dress back to her than pay for it.0

No probably not she needs help.
No way that there is an evidence that you recieved the parcel who cares if the postoffice clerk remebers you ( which is most likely a lie cause how will she know?) and who know what was in the parcel. Though dishonest she is really bugging me already.
