She's back - six more emails this afternoon!

I am fed up of this.

She has still not given proof of posting to paypal. She has ignored paypal altogether.

In the last umpteen emails I have had -


"my brother is an attorney and he is taking you to Court"

"I have filed a lawsuit against you for being a liar and a thief"

"I have reported you to the police department"

"my cousin is the State Attorney and is filing charges against you"

today we have -

"I have filed charges against you with your State Attorney"

That was clever, since the UK doesn't have any!!

I think you should be ignoring her at this point.

If you want something to do make sure you have:

Reported her to ebay
Reported her to her ISP

Then you might as well divert her emails to your bulk folder, because at this point she's just trying to get a rise out of you.

if you have had 3 or more unwanted contacts from her (which it looks like you have) you can get the police onto her for threatening and abusive behaviour. They probably won't prosecute but they will give her a warning.

They won't do anything.

If you to the police because someone has emailed you three times they'll laugh at you.

If you're sick of her e-mails, just add her to your blocked senders list.

That way she can rant away all she wishes, and you'll have the satsfaction of knowing that her rants are a waste of time.

Honestly, I have seen copies of scammers' emails that say exactly the same thing. Next you will be getting an email saying that her brother (the State Attorney) and her will be waiting for you with machetes.

Dave - it is more than three abusive emails, if you read the thread.

However, it is probably best to ignore if she is not in UK jurisdiction (? have I remembered the thread right. Sorry - in a bit of a rush) She will not have done anything, and I wonder if she has hijacked someone else's feedback. If you can see the funny side (imagine a Monty Python sketch, or the Benny Hill theme tune) then try to do so (easier said than done) otherwise ignore.
