All this because I haven't got a b****y dress I paid for!0

Crikey, she needs to access mental health services QUICKLY. She doesn't sound well at all.
You have my deepest sympathies you poor seller! I have ebay related nightmares about somehting like this happening0 -
Have you emailed her and suggested she checks with her tracking code to see if it was delivered. If didn't send it by a trackable method then you can suggest that she refund you as its clearly been lost in the post and next time to use a trackable method.
I'd also mention the fact we're 7-8 hours ahead so you will be asleep at 3am GMT0 -

I daren't ask anything in case it sets her off again!
I did email her yesterday and told her that we are 7 hours ahead of them. Also that if the item was posted she has nothing to worry about.
She continually rants and raves about my leaving negative feedback for her, she is terrified of negative feedback. The original emails demand that I remove the paypal dispute immediately. No way would I do that!
I wonder if she has had a similar problem with paypal in the past and she is maybe on a warning from paypal or Ebay perhaps?
She has feedback of 1453 99.7% with 4 negs and 8 neutrals in 6 months.0 -
I wonder if you'd get in trouble for leaving feedback like this...
'Borderline bipolar, guaranteed to cause a fuss'My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I like it!
The Seller has not responded to paypal whom emailed her on 9th June.
If she doesn't respond to them by the 19th the case is automatically found in my favour and they will refund me.
She says she has the receipts of posting on 8th June - I paid for the item on 18th May! If she has the receipts then why hasn't she responded to paypal?
No more emails this morning - she must have given up? I don't think so!0 -
Actually had another idea for feedback -

You have my sympathies even more. This is a really sucky situation and I'm sorry you've got it in the neck.0
