Abusive Seller

I phoned paypal earlier this evening and they said that she still hadn't provided them with details of the receipt of posting nor of delivery.
He said that she had to provide BOTH in order to prove that it had been sent - someone else said that earlier on this thread.
So, the deadline date is 19th June.
She has sent another two messages via Ebay this evening - same tripe as usual. Now it says that she won't leave negative feedback if I don't blah blah blah.
It is getting to be very funny but why she has assumed that I am a scammer because I haven't received the item is beyond me. She reckons now it wasn't posted until 8th June - time will tell!
The British Sellers are as bad. When I had someone earlier this year whom hadn't sent an item out to me, she provided a Recorded Delivery Number to Paypal which didn't exist!!!
It takes all sorts to make a world!0

"I apologize if I was rude, I do understand that you are concerned, but when you receive item you should close dispute, even if Paypal does side with you after you receive the dress the right thing to do would be to pay for the item, if you indeed get refunded. Thank you"0

That is absolutely shocking!! You poor thing. I can't get my breath that someone could be so childish and abusive. Really shocked. That's only happened to me once and I was really upset by it. What is their ebay name? I can't quite believe that they think they can get away with it, without it affecting their sales and reputation. Good luck whatever you decide to do. edsjad
The harsh reality is that there are alot of people out there like that and worse. I once sold a mobile phone and CLEARLY stated there would be no charger as it just didn't work anymore but I used a charger from my new phone to charge it and it worked with that.so they pay by PO and its £3 short (delivery cost) so they email and say "havent recieved phone etc., this was on the day i got the PO) so i reply politely and say well it would e pretty hard for me to send it that quick as I only recieved PO 2 hours ago and its £3 short. Well lol I then got a phone call 20 mins later arguing with me etc. they got the phone sent but then started phoning complaining about not having charger etc. after a week of trying to give them advice on where to buy one I get this feed back.................. wait for it
Very nice girl pleasure to do business with.
And that either made me want to laugh or cry after all that hassle over nothing.
But as it happens that was my last sale lmao. I have given up on ebay methinks unless it is for low priced items. Otherwise I will hang onto my junk and keep on cluttering up my house. saves me all the hassle of idiots like that.Need to get rid of my Yankee Candle Habit, Not very money saving of me 0 0

Most of the time people like this are just saying sorry so that you will give in and they wont get banned or whatever. They rarely mean the apologies and are just lying to get what they want in another way.Offical MSE Fantasy League Member:beer:0

Right, well, my dress arrived yesterday - posted on 8th June.
I am not going to close the dispute just yet, I am going to make her suffer a little longer due to the nonsense I have had to put up with. Most certainly will NOT be leaving her feedback either.0

A recorded delivery won't "exist" till it is signed for at delivery point. So if it isn't on the system at all it hasnt been delivered.0
