It sounds like you are getting a load of grief.

FWIW, the phrases sound just like the Nigerian scammers. You will be getting references to pastors praying against you next.

I hope you get your money back, and then I suggest that you ignore the whole thing as much as possible. I know that is easier said than done, but it may be worth looking into legal redress for the harassment (voicemail messages) if you have access to a cheap legal eagle.

Is it possible to block someone calling your voicemail? If not, chuckle at the fact that they are still wasting their money, and try not to let it get to you!

Whats his feedback like? has he got loads of negatives from people saying he was abusive? You could try reporting it to ebay but you will have to forward the email onto them with the full email header with the route of the email in it. You can change your email to that in the options. It's no good just contacting ebay and telling them someone was abusive even if they did do it through ebay and not straight to your emails. They won't believe you. Seems they're only interested in taking money.

Because hes finally got of his !!!! and sent out the bits.

I have replied saying basically after the last message you sent me you've got no chance.

Well, my Seller has turned into the psycho bi*ch from h*ll.

Another 12 emails whilst I have been out - all venomous, threatening, vile.

Reckons she has reported me to paypal, to ebay, to her local law enforcement officer. That she has emailed all the people whom I have bought from and got them to sign a petition!!

She has a duty to tell everyone and warn everyone that I am a horrible person, a thief and a liar, etc, etc.

Funny enough I have also just had another email.

You are a disgrace to ebay buyers. This is your way of saying to other sellers and buyers i was wrong and now i am big enough to correct my mistake. If you had called and asked to speak to a manager you would have had your missing items sent out asap. You didn't and quite rightly you got the hump, now be big enough to admit that the company came through for the missing items. In fact we have sent out 8 instead of 4 f's so we don't make another mistake.

I will never reply to another e-mail from you but you should be big enough tomorrow to correct the neg rating once you have signed for your items. I will also be big enough to condemn my message on your board.

Sounds like a right freak to be honest who's got nothing better to do.

If she goes around contacting other people from your sales she can get herself in a whole lot of trouble.
