To text or not to text? That is the question

Silly dating rules. All they do is make you think to much and complicate things.
Having assurance that your date turns up is only natural.0 -
I wouldn't leave it too late or he might be thinking the same and make other plans. If he did he would have.made sure she is in no doubt. So preferable to go straight with anotherone that does
Not in the 21st century of equal rights n all that, post #19 has got it spot on, as a guy I can tell you it gets tiring chasing day in day out, sometimes it is fine and appreciated for the lady to take the initiative.
What has the OP got to lose rather than a text out of her allowance, nothing in comarison to 'stressing' over if the date is going to occur or not.0 -

Just a thought, did you get a cheap mobile with a PAYG sim for this?
You're not giving them your real regular mobile number are you?0 -
Well - message sent and just been rejected! Just an I don't think so! Had so many knocks recently think I'll just enjoy my own company for a while.
thanks again0 -

What has the OP got to lose rather than a text out of her allowance, nothing in comarison to 'stressing' over if the date is going to occur or not.The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -

Hugs to you, at least you know now, and learned early on that the guy lacked tack and is prolly a w*nker .:o0 -
You misunderstood me. She should not been stressing. Se should take it as the date is not happening and made other plans.
I know she shouldn't but either gender would be 'stressing' to a degree, I'm sure many of us have had that rain check, but it's less annoying than the ones that pull out at the 11th hour time and time again.0
