But that's not trust! Trust is KNOWING that your partner WILL NOT cheat.

I know my partner WILL NOT cheat on me, and I trust him 100%.
I will never have any niggling doubt in my mind that he would, as that is not trust.

(and if I ever found out he did cheat, he knows very well I would leave him, scratching every inch of his beloved motorbike on my way out!)
    I trusted my ex

Blindly it would seem as he cheated on me and left me for the OW.

Re-snooping. I wouldn't care if my bf looked through my fb messages/emails/phone...there's nothing to hide, i'd just prefer he didn't tell me if he did it, like he's said to me before. Tbh despite my trust issues thanks to knobhed head i still haven't been tempted to look. Prtly cos i do feel ni trust him....but maybe also a tiny bit because if i did look, and i found something it would eat me up cos its not like i could say how i found out...then it would just drive me insane. so ignorance is kind of bliss...and i dont think he would anyway.

I have nothing to hide but if my partner started snooping through my things I'd change the password. Not because I'm a bad 'un but because conversations with friends are private (and I also communicate with some of them in the most immature way you have ever seen...my oldest friends that is!).

Just stop checking partner's phones fgs! I drove off with my partner's the other day to McDonalds. I wouldn't dream of looking through it in a million years but handing it back I almost felt he would have expected me to have done so since some people can't stop themselves!!!
