  • I am new to this so please bear with me!
Had a flight delay of 6 hours from Aruba last year, have contacted Thomson who came back with the reply that the First Officer was taken I'll down route, however we were told by the rep in writing the day before the flight was due to leave the UK! I asked Thomson for the specifics, (date and time officer was taken ill) but they just came back saying it was in the flight log and was exceptional circumstances. Now they have written to say that they have answered the questions before (they haven't) and they will no longer reply to me.
    Any advice would be welcome

Looks like you may have a valid case. Use the Thomson page.

    Hi all
I had a delayed flight in 2007, the airline went bust in 2008
The administrators have also split, is it a lost cause or can anyone help.

  • No wind up, airline was XL.com
They went bust in October 2008
They used to sponsor West Ham if any of you can remember
