Hi we would really appreciate some advice please
We wrote to Air Malta last June regarding a delayed flight. After receiving no response from them we wrote to the CAA inline with Martins advice. We have received a reply from the CAA now informing us that they have asked Air Malta to reply directly to us. As yet we have received nothing from them. What would be the next step for us to take now? Many thanks0 -

Same advice that everyone gets - and which is in the FAQs: if you think you have a case, take them to court (yourself or through a NWNF lawyer) or don't.0 -
I have tried writing to Thomson with no replies and wish to take it to court.
Has anyone a template for the county court action, I would like to get the wording correct. We had an 8 hour delay so will be claiming the full 600 euro, should this be claimed in euros or pounds, there were 5 of us.
Any help would be appreciated0 -

The FAQs and the thread "Taking the Airlines to Court" are what you need. Be aware that if you do this, it will be a lot of work. Are you sure you are up for it? NWNF lawyer if not.0 -
Hi, wonder if anyone can help me. We have just found out about this compensation thing and wondering if we may qualify. We travelled to Australia back in 2012 and the flight back was delayed for over 6 hours. We had a 3 hour delay leaving Sydney and then a further 3 1/2 hour delay leaving Singapore. The flight was on a Qantas Airbus 380. The flight to Australia was by BA. We are just looking around the site but am having difficulties trying to find the information as the Flight Compensation part it says "It's only for EU regulated flights"
If anyone can help I'll be thankful

QF is not an EU based airline and your delayed flights did not originate in the EU, so it's no chance at all.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Thanks for the reply richardw. Thought that may be the case but it's good to know about these things for the future.0

What is it you are looking for?
Maybe on here:

The first one yes - but is it live to find on the EC website or just a link to a document that was published but not on now?0
