Do you reckon it's still worth to send it in despite the fact they said incomplete forms will be sent back?

IMO you'll need some sort of documentary evidence that you actually had a flight with them.

But wouldn't they have me on their systems records, and me sending my photocopy of my passport page prove that it's me?

Check your letter from Thomson. I sent off the original letter to them & the reply came back in my wife's name (she booked it, I just paid for it). Anyway, Thomson wrote our booking reference number on their reply.

They might well make a mistake as per camaros post, but don't expect Thomson to 'help' you extract money out of them lol

I am currently trying to find the exact reason for a flight delay. I've used flightstats, but that just shows how long the delay was.

Can anyone provide me with a website that gives more info?

Need some help, i was watching bbc breakfast this morning and this subject came up and it got me thinking. My wife and i were delayed 24hrs for a flight to Mexico from Glasgow back in June 2007.

The delay was termed a mechanical problem with the plane, they put us up in a hotel and we flew out the following day, now it was a package holiday booked through my local travel agent and the airline was mytravel.

What are my chances? who should i send the letter to as i believe mytravel are now thomas cook??? In terms of evidence i have all the invoices from the travel agent but our passports has since been renewed so no stamps.

Any help greatly received.
