Supermarket own brand as they didn't have menopace at the time. I have got some menopace now but I've already started on the others now.
I'm also on an antidepressant and amytriptiline.

I use Sage tablets which really help with night sweats and hot flushes. Are they helping?

I can't say as I've noticed any change as yet-I only started taking them last Thursday so it's early days. I'll try sage as the hot flushes are awful.

I went to bed at 9 last night and didn't get up until half past 10 today and I've been tired and yawning all day. if I could stop feeling tired all the time it would be great!

I had the same tests as tattycath a few weeks ago - same results, peri-menopausal.
But have been popped on iron tablets as the long, frequent, heavy perios left me right at the lower end of normal. They seem to have helped so might be worth cheching this out.
Also there was a good article in "The Guardian" the other week by......by.....bu g g er - menopause brain - but it was the auther who wrote "Oranges are not the only fruit". Well worth reading & v interesting on the iron levels

Apogies for spelling - iPad speaks a different form of English to me...

Thanks for this. I go back to docs tomorrow for test results.
I'll take a look at the article.
