Hi All I think since there are all sorts of pregnancy and TTC threads that it would be nice to have one for all us ladies who are either approaching, in the throes of or have come out the other end of that taboo menopause. Lets have a place where we can discuss symptoms, things that alleviate them and invaluable gadgets…

Thanks, my ferritin was very low last year but I've got it sorted now and take ferrous fumarate after each period.
