Anyone used EU Claim/Bott & Co?

Hi Everyone,
I've received an email from Bott & Co accepting my claim and asking for signatures for all passengers. One of the passengers I no longer have any contact details for, nor are they entitled to the compensation as I paid for the ticket. Has anyone else had any issues trying to claim on behalf of another passanger?
Thanks.May'18 DEBT FREE!

It is the passenger who is entitled to the compensation, no matter who paid for the ticket.
My (now adult) children had to give their permission for me to pursue a claim on all our behalfs (we travelled together, I paid) - and also to receive the compensation to be paid into my bank account.
If you can't contact the passenger maybe he should be removed from the claim.[0 -
You are compensated for your lost time - it has no relation to the ticket price or who purchased the ticket.0

Yes, the suggestion was to remove the passenger from the claim. Seems a shame not to get all the compensation out of Ryanair though!May'18 DEBT FREE!

Success!!! Bott had to chase the airline 4 times and threaten to issue breach of contract proceedings against them but I finally have my compensation. And they have only deducted the 27% and €25 that they said they would. So my experience has been a genuine no win no fee and my concerns were unwarranted.0 -
Thanks for that liberty, I am in the same position I emailed bott and they say they are chasing the finance department to get them to send the money I hopeing I will get this before Christmas0

Great result Suzy G! I've just had a phone call from Bott and Co following an email from Ryanair stating that I can't claim as the flight was over 2 years ago (but under 6). Has anyone had any success getting compensation from Ryanair for a flight over 2 years old?May'18 DEBT FREE!

Unfortunately Ryanair have the upper hand at the moment because they rely on a number of County Court decisions where litigants in person have lost against Ryanair'a lawyer.
Now we've got to undo that and pursuade the English Courts that the previous Judgments were wrong. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
