    Bit confused. They took on our case & had no response from Thomson. Then they sent a follow up letter & Thomson Said e/c.
    Bott said
    The airline has previously denied any liability to compensate the passengers on this flight. We are not yet in a position to issue court proceedings on this claim, however we will continue to review the matter every 28 days. We will continue to update you as and when further developments occur.

    I've emailed them & am confused. They say Thomson have stated e/c, but they haven't asked what the e/c was or argued the case or started proceedings.

    Bit confused?

    Lots of Thomson cases on hold pending Dawson appeal hearing/result - due to be heard in May.

    And does it matter that they haven't bothered to ask what the supposed e/c were anyway?
    What does this Dawson case entail?

    Too lazy. Why Don't you just not bother responding? Too pedantic?

    Got my answer anyway, they're waiting to hear from that appeal

    So ill wait for that fat juicy cheque to pop through this year
