I'm still here......I'm still going!!!!
Huge apologies for not signing in over the past couple of days, but I have been super busy! I'm still on track to the penny and feeling pretty proud of myself.
I haven't done much de-cluttering, but I have made a start.
It's funny I feel really bad when I don't sign in and record my SFD's. So, I am up to 13 SFD's! Whoop whoop whoop!October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
abundant1972 have you got a Tastecard. Sometimes you can get them for free and that can save quite a bit if you are eating out. Or you can often visit a restaurant website and find a voucher for discount. Have you got any cheap sports rackets etc....my OH and I have a badminton set and we put that up and play for a couple of hours! It's great fun! Have you thought of doing a picnic, homemade, and then sit in a park or stately homes ground. Also there's Orange Wednesdays....
I'll try and think of a few more!October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
Good Afternoon all!!!
My entire morning has been taken up with delaying my lunch as much as possible. I am here until 1900 and didn't bring anything much for later - but lunch is wraps which I LOVE and I don't think I can wait much longer..... almost as exciting as visiting a new Asda......:rotfl:
Spent £15.75 last night at Morrisons. All on fruit and veg.. 3 conference pears for £2..???? I am going to Lidls next time. They are so much cheaper.. I have an aubergine from there for 49p - Morrisons = £1. They seem to want to make everything a nice rounded pound coin which makes it all look better... I was being lazy last night due to the heat and wanted £1 avocados (not quite as good as Siouxsies find mind you ) but I got two packs..
So I have used some birthday money so far.. I think.. I know I am going to go over my budget but I have the funds and having dropped an extra £1000 on to it this month if an avocado toast makes me happy then so be it...
I did get a box of goodies from a health food supplier, budget for Holland and Barrett etc so next month should be cheaper... Everyone needs seaweed in their diet didn't you know this..:rotfl:
I have a Tastecard too - to tight to actually go out and use it! Lol!
Aiming for an SFD today - won't be too hard as I am working late!
Onwards to the food kingdom....:p:p:p“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Feeling peed off again that I never have any spare cash. However, I walked over to Waitrose at lunchtime and picked up my free coffee, then back via Tesco where I got my free Danio yoghurt, so the spending bug was curtailed....My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Hi Everyone,
SFD no 7 today, went shopping yesterday and got lots of yellow sticker food, also treated myself to a lovely dress in River Island sale, found it in the imperfect rail and as the seam at back was slightly burst, it was reduced from £35 to £4.25, it only took me couple of minutes to fix. Peace and quiet at my house today as those adorable destructo-kitties have now gone to their new homeTotal debt - £16,687.86 approx. - Paid so far - £13,156.30 - £350. a month to DMP - DFD 17/01/2019 But I WILL make it sooner!!0 -
Evening everyone.
Thanks again for the tips. Avogirly - some good ideas... though I feel badminton may be pushing it ha ha!!! :rotfl:I am with Orange though so that could be a cheaper day out. Picnic idea good - and it wouldn't have to be lavish... french stick, some olives and cream cheese, bag of crisps and some shchloer - bingo! Mr.corbes, cooking at home also a good plan - although I feel after sampling my cooking - there may be different words being bandied around for me lol :rotfl:
Today = SFD number 9
Nice chilled evening planned with nothing to do but read and play games on my computer and sip on iced elderflower cordial. Yuuuuumy!
Have a good one!!!
PS. I am also old then as I get excited about new supermarkets. Wandered into Tesco the other day and came out over 2 hours later!!! It was like another world. Oh gawd. I'm turning into my Dad who frequently goes missing for days whilst coming back laden with 2 for 1 offers!!!

Today was i spendy day as i purchased some food for tea. Still trying to work out whether we'll be ok budget wise with my £50 unexpected bill. Hmm.
