    Hi

    Where did this week go??!

2 more sfd's. Tomorrow I'm not leaving the house so it should be another one, but Sunday we're going out for eldest son's 18th meal so not sure how much will be spent then?

    xx

    Hi all

Another gorgeous day:). I managed to spend money yesterday - £48.82 on groceries but £15 of that is stuff I got for my Mum and OH and I know that there is no hope of getting it back.

    Groceries: £106.40/£100
    Misc: £22.66/£40
    SFD: 7/20

I'm counting today as a SFD as I'm not planning on leaving the house again. I actually was quite productive today with weeding the garden and I made a rhubarb crumble and 2 lots of banana bread as Mum had a load of bananas a bit too ripe and OH got the rhubarb from a mates house.

No SFD I am afraid, at least partly due to dire delays on public transport..should get full compensation though which will be £30 so ho hum.

OH bought a mouse trap..on the phone to me last night and one shot across the floor so a live trap had to be purchased!!!!!!

Had a great night out with OH and family..treat #2...it was fab. Nothing else spent today...so the lovely NSK is keeping it fairly limited in my house....THANK YOU KAT!!!!:D

Been shopping for food for lunch next week so new totals are below.

    SW - £9.90/£24.75

There is a food festival in the park opposite my house. They are charging £2 to get in!! The stall holders keep coming out to see where everyone is!! Not sure they looked into whether people would be prepared to pay to go into a public park!! Also, there is a tall barrier around the outside so no-one can see what's going on in there!!

It seems so quiet in MSE land today - everyone must be out in the sunshine.

SFD for me today but yesterday spent £12 in the pub. Had a lovely catch up with friends :)

    Enjoy the weekend everyone.

Have we a load of sunburnt Yompers! I hope you all covered yourself in sun BLOCK and a hat!:D..bet you all look special! :T

I am at work. Really wish I wasn't. Got home from church today at 2030...slept for 30 minutes which was horrid and then came here.. I shall be in bed tomorrow as the sun beams high in the sky making my sleeping very difficult although I think LLL has a small fan secreted in the storage space in my room which I might use.. and SLEEP NAKED!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

The boy I met was nice, a good sense of humour but don't think he's the boy for me...I was fed though, we relaxed in the shade of a big tree and had an easy day. Still don't know why I am so tired after doing literally nothing...

Work has the air con switched HIGH, my "official break" for LUNCH is at 0430...boo hiss! but some lovely cretin on her way out handed me a red bull....

I am sorted..... more importantly it was an SFD!!!

Onwards I say, Onwards and Upwards!!!

  • You have one extremely tired yomper here NSK. It's cooled down quite a bit here overnight and is warm and dry but a bit dull here this morning. Still too hot to sleep though.

Yesterday was another SFD for me, although I am getting desperate for liquid gold so may have to get that. Took the kids to see their granny and they played out in the garden with water pistols etc all afternoon. Proper old school fun like I used to do when I was a kid.

Today I'm not planning much - a picnic and walk round the park. However, I'll need to catch the weather - it's quite grey here this morning, and lots cooler. I might be able to survive the heat here today - yesterday was a day for me to stay indoors most of the time (I burn so easily, even with factor 30 on and have no factor 50 atm).
