So yes, managed my SFD#5 yesterday, hoping for SFD#6 today as I don't need anything, although am wondering whether to invest in the expensive caffeine shampoo that I use in Boots today as you get 750 extra points for a £30 spend....What do we think gals and guys?

Personally, I think if you're going to spend £30 on the shampoo over the course of time, you may as well benefit from bulk buying today to get the 750 points. However, if it's often on offer such as 2 4 1 or 2 for £x, compare whether buying £30 worth today to get £7.50 of points is a better deal than buying later on an offer where you may get more than £7.50 off the usual price. Hope that makes sense.

If it is one you religiously stick too then yes I can see the appeal aslong as it's paid in cash and not credit but you know that.. How much are they on their own - say conditioner and shampoo..? Which reminds me I have to do the same - might bulk in TK Maxx today.. Completly out and don't want you use LLL's... thanks for the reminder...:)

£5.50ish - you don't use conditioner with it as it's to thicken the hair. I do have a massive box of other shampoo so it seems a waste to buy this but it does really work (I'm thinning on top)....

Anyone watching BBC 1..? Some people need a slap and I don't mean the benefit people.. Interesting show though. And the one before it about food budgets... amazing what some people have to live on. Again it reminds me how much I need to get down the road and see that food bank about volunteering! Hmmmm I am off to bed soon so will check in with you all tomorrow...
