Ok, so I need a plan and motivation to keep me occupied now in the evenings and find sth free/cheap to replace the craving for things I can't have (pate, brie, cider, prawns, coffee......better stick to the rules in the first few months) as I suspect it will be a symptom free pregnancy again, but no matter how much I wanted it I suffer terribly from jealousy and FOMO (fear of missing out
) I wasn't very accommodating the last time, i.e. why should they be allowed if I'm not. Gosh, anyway...
Hence, my plan for tonight is. After DS is in bed quick dinner from the freezer (beef stew and mash), dishes, and the go through my crafting stuff and tidy up the guest bedroom and make it a cosy crafts room. Might even look into redecorating it at some point so it feels less like a store roomDEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

We have so many friends at this Reading church so I dread to think who it is.... :rotfl:
Exciting - our church in Reading had quite a high turnover of post Uni/first couple of jobs people - I think we worked out that about 25% of the congregation over the four services passed in and out of the town in a year! Surely with that sort of volume there has to be some talentDebt free on the 28/05/130 -
Congrats Thriftylass... obviously my eyesight is on the wane as I totally missed the announcement!!! That's awesome news - and frugalmite is very cute!!! Also congrats on 8 SFDs... that's pretty impressive!!!
I had a good day - nice and chilled... apart from an exam  which I passed. One down - 3 to go!!! Also been to the gym so feeling altogether very virtuous!!!
Today = SFD number 6
Tonight I'm doing some revision for exam number 2, and also no doubt fitting in some quality time with Sam & Dean (I love Supernatural!!!)... Now Kat - if the guy you meet at Church looks like either of them - you're on to a winner (and can you ask if they have a single twin brother please!!!).
Have a nice evening folks!!!

What wonderful news thrifty! I do believe MSE is having a baby boom!
A small £3.59 spend for me today to purchase a large fizzy drink and a burger. I NEEDED it i promise lol.
PS just "spent" a fortune in the n3xt VIP sale. I'm not counting it yet as ive ordered quite a lot for choice and will probably send most of it back.:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

Day 10
No SPD again used my double Mr T points to buy some weed killer ..this was my last day to use them ...so an ideal 'free' purchase..
Nothing to report except I am amazed that my £300 initial budget seems to be holding up ? I used to spend £400+ easy just on food and drink ..well done me....and this thread for making it competitive .
Lets be careful out there. They want your money :rotfl:
Till tomorrow x0 -
I have just purchased a half price Barbour jacket.
It's all MSEs fault for telling me about the saleHowever i have genuinely had my eye on this jacket for years and it was in the right style, right colour, right size... surely a sign!
Technically OH has bought it for me so i dont have to declare it as a "spend" but i will probably give him the money back on payday. [STRIKE]Probably[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]maybe[/STRIKE], potentially.:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

Hi all
I thought I would maybe get a pretty spend free day but didn't happen...OH went out for lunch with colleagues ...the cheek of it:mad: Oh well...£20 down the pan..
Apart from a small grocery delivery ( veg box and fruit) though today ( which to be fair I had forgotten about ) that's it..so SFDs total 4 so far. Not bad for me. The competitive streak on this thread is working wonders for me!!:DMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Hi all
SFD #6 today. I think I need to go lie down - I got my VIP invite for the Next sale tmw. I looked at the preview sale and thought that there is nothing there that I want or need. I need to apply a damp cloth to my head as this is a new feeling:)0
