I have just been to Morrisons and bought more baby clothes! It's a half price sale and even the full price stuff is scanning at half price. I'm debating whether or not to go back for white clothes as all the stuff I've bought is coloured.

What do you think is better white or coloured baby clothes?

Colours are more practical especially from 6 months. But white is lovely on a newborn - why not have a mixture?
My feet are so swollen! I went to use my foot spa and noticed it says to consult your doctor first if pregnant?! Anyone know why this is? Think i'll probably use it anyway, my feet kill!

I have had my feet in a bowl of cold water in the garden a few times after work. Re: footspa etc, some people have high blood pressure particularly in pregnancy. Getting hot can raise blood pressure so jacuzzis etc always say check with doc if pregnant. Personally I still enjoy a hot bath and the cottage we're going to has a hot tub. I will use it, just won't stay in as long as i might otherwise.

BNTM.. I tend to have mainly white stuff for mine, I don't like babies in bright colours.. white you can bleach/soak in napisan if it gets stained

fluffysox go to M&S they do 3 bottles of non-alcoholic cocktail (fruit juice style) for £5, I took these to a hen weekend and they were gorgeous. Drinking mango daquerri (sp?), pina colada and mohitos. They tasted just like the real thing but without the booze, was delicious in this weather mmm

thanks for the advice, I might nip back and get some whites just to see what the fuss is about. I like brights more but can see how whites look good for photos - I'm having a mixed race baby so it will look very cute.

I've woken up and my feet are aching slightly - what's going on! no swelling tho.

fluffysox - schweppes summer punch tastes a bit like a pimms cocktail and you could add mint and strawberries to it.

Good morning all - another hot night here last night. Don't think I have slept under the covers for about 3 weeks now.

I have some really sharp lower pelvic pain this morning, mainly to the right side just where your knickers sit. I assume it's baby moving down and engaging but by Christ it's sore. Seeing MW tomorrow so will see what she's saying then.

    I am exhausted!!!

from 2am I was up with cramp several times, to turn over.. several times more .. and twice with heartburn. Then I needed knickers on.. I just had an urge to not expose my @r$e to the world and his dog. Then my back woke me up at 7:15 so I gave up and stayed awake!

I'm spending the day knitting.. after sorting the washing I suppose! I am determined to get this blanket knitted before this sproggit arrives!

I am feeling totally exhausted too :(

Really struggling. I begged OH not to go to work this morning! He has no holidays left though, so no could do.

I've plonked DS in front of an In the Night garden DVD..I feel a tad guilty but I genuinely have no energy :(

I'm trying to summon up the strength to take him to the park in a bit and feed the ducks..I know he has to get out, I just can't un after him and he does have a habit of sprinting off.
