Eldest had a meltdown over the heat last night and just cried until after 11, turned out the trouble had come very close to us last night and the helicopters were up over our house so dh had closed the windows. Am praying they behave tonight, really hoping to make the most of our last week before the baby arrives and was going to suggest they use the tent tonight (not a chance if the helicopters are overhead)

On the plus side, I've found a paddling pool in the local Argos so heading to pick that up soon (my feet will love it but I'm telling the girls its for them!)

OMG I'd forgotten the joy of newborn sized clothes..so cute!

I saved my son's first sleepsuit from when he was born and sometimes get it out and hold it against him so I can see how tiny he was in the beginning compared to now. He's gonna love it if I'm still doing that when he's a teenager!

Hmm I seem to be suffering from lower back pain and mega stomach pain today. Doesnt feel like contractions though. Not felt a lot of movement either so currently taking the MW advice of eating something sugary and seeing what happens. Feeling dizzy and nauseous too but I am scared to phone the hospital incase they think im a hypochondriac

whooping cough jab yesterday has caused a small red swelling on my left shoulder ouch! I cleverly had it on the side I sleep on to, well done me!

Nope - that's what I'm saying, I'd normally be there but I figured it's maybe not the best time for me to travel - plus, when you can't drink it's not the same I do love Belfast though, would loved to have been there....maybe not this week though, I hope things calm down for you soon x

Phone them. Who cares how much they think you're overreacting? If it's worrying you, phone them - I'd do the same x
