Big congratulations to lovecake and Nikkiann!
welcome Trina, congrats on your 24 weekversary
Thanks for the ladies posting reassurance about birth. I think what will happen will happen. I'm not gonna beat myself up if the decisions and hopes I have before baby is born don't go as planned. A baby turns your world upside down into chaos from what I've heard! I'd love a natural birth but I definitely want a healthy baby more.

Congratulations on the new arrivals.
We have nearly finished painting the nursery ready for the furniture to arrive on Saturday. Had a bit of a nightmare painting the windowsill on the weekend as the paint was sooo thick. It is now cooling in the fridge as the job I did was rejected by DH.
Can someone please post the Birth stories link up for me. I'm having trouble finding it. Thanks

I am so so so hot :-( I'm wearing a maxi dress and whenever I sit down my belly sticks to my legs
(Tmi alert!) this morning I woke up, went for a wee, went back into the bedroom to get dressed and put clean knickers on, then walked from there back to the bathroom to put my panty liner in and my knickers were wet. I don't think it was wee cos I'd only just been. Could have been sweat I suppose or waters?
I wasn't sure what to do so I just put a bigger pad in and went to work as normal. I have been checking all day and its pretty wet but tbh it's probably sweat cos it's baking in my office and I can't tell!
Hope everyone's coping in the heat

LOL - I get my date tomorrow!! I'd love for them to bring me in this week but it'll probably be next. My sister is home from England this weekend and it would be fab if Wriggler has made his appearance before then or she won't see him until September.
My relatives went back to USA yesterday so I have my girls back home for the first time in 2 weeks. They've had a fantastic time but they're both exhausted. We dropped them off to Dublin Airport yesterday and took girls to Tayto Park, we were on the road from 6am and after spending all day walking, the drive there and back and then stopping off at in laws on the way home I could have cried when we finally got home last night and my feet were about 3 times their normal size! They're back down today but sitting with my feet up!Norn Iron Club member 273:beer:0 -

I've been signed off work now until my maternity leave starts, so no more work til next yearjust wish my back would stop hurting so much, my doctor wants me to go to physio, I can't think there'd be much point? Anyone been and think it helped? Xx

My last week of work today - woohoo. On the negative side I cried like a baby last night because I was so flippin' itchy it hurt and no amount of e45 cream was helping, does anyone have any other remedies that might work? Willing to try absolutely anything! My Debt Free Diary

I am currently typing one handed, expressing with the other and rocking baby in her moses basket with my big toe!!!Been thinking about what I can talk to OH about when he comes home....so far I've come up with nappy contents and the fact that she nearly threw up over his side of the bed!!!
