Just had my flu jab. Nice nurse who didn't faff about so no anticipation just stuck it in & was so quick! Not like the horrible jabs I had when I went travelling.

Got my 25week appt with gp tomorrow & just booked my 28 week appt with the midwife for 3 weeks time. Have to get bloods done at 26/27 weeks. So many needles!

    That was me :)

Ive just been on all the websites everyone suggested, and I'm going to get a 1.0 one from one of them or possibly a twin pack, and then I just found a 0.5 tog one in the pattern I want, on ebay new from a shop on there, so I got it from there as Ive just discovered I can use nectar points so hardly cost anything!
  • Pregnancy hormones affecting me today. Hubby text me earlier to say that he didn't get the job that he went for a few weeks back and I just burst into tears in the middle of my office!! I think I was more upset than him!! Probably for selfish reasons more than anything as him getting that job might have meant I didn't have to go back to work after mat leave is over!!
It was very strange though as he hadn't heard anything for over 3 weeks and them I had a dream last night that he got it after being called for a second interview. How wrong my dream was but a very weird coincidence!!

In baby news, my bump seems to have sprouted loads today. I actually feel like I'm waddling now!! It's rock hard too and she's been kicking from around 8am non stop through the day. Hopefully she'll have a nice sleep tonight!!
  • Excuse me, there must be some mistake, I seem to have been put as number 7 on the list?! How the heck did that happen?! Baby isn't even due til next year! Hmm, maybe I ought to think about a hospital bag or making some meals for the freezer or something!

Lol MPM, I know right! I hadn't even looked at the hospital bag list until today. I've got my sister going to pick me up some bits from her work tomorrow and post them up to me for 15% off ;)

I am 14th on the list but due to being induced when 38 weeks I am likely to skip the queue ;)

I sent her a PM yesterday & haven't heard back (not that she is obliged to reply!), so maybe she isn't on line.

Lily - if you are, sorry for jumping in! x
