  • LOL Vic I get the same 'you are due in just over a week... !!!!!!?!' lovely bump btw :) I feel MASSIVE a few people have said I am neat but I really don't feel it (especially after the masses I've eaten today!) I had my gym ball pre-pregnancy. I've found it invaluable both pregnancies for bouncing on/ stretching or just as a seat :P I have been taking RLT capsules even though I am having a section, I can remember last time the MW commented on how well my uterus contracted back down afterwards, I am not sure if I should be taking them this time but I started so felt I may aswell continue. Well done on packing your hospital bag! I finished mine today too x

    Kerri lovely bump too :)

I've got a cheapy one, not sure what make or anything as I got it free off freecycle. I also use it to feed my LO as she has the little table and chair from Ikea and I think if I try and sit on the other chair it might collapse under my weight!!

When should you start the RLT tablets/drink? I know you need to wait until nearer the end of pregnancy just not sure when.

My back has been a bit sore the last few days especially when I get up in the mornings or stand from sitting. Think I will have to pay the physio a visit before it gets worse. I have had to change the seat I sit in as I got stuck not he couch the other day and was flailing like an upturned beetle and hubby had to pull me up, it was not dignified :rotfl:

Thank you; that's very sweet of you. It has really grown a lot over the last few weeks, resulting in a few very angry looking stretch marks. I appreciate that, at the moment, I am quite lucky to have only what I have...they could be worse! Xx

Oh gosh, I've just looked at the supplements list for some reason I thought I had weeks before I needed to start any of that. Turns out I should be on the RLT already! Eep, will have to get some of that then AND now I understand why I'm craving milk so much as I need to be taking calcium. I have some of that somewhere so I'll start to neck it :) Thanks for the reminders ladies xx

For RLT I got the capsules and starting at 34 weeks took one, took two at 35 weeks etc. Not sure if thats right but by the time it got to 4 I took two in morning and two a bit later as was warned it could kick off BH also they are rank (remind me of grass pellets you fed the sheep/goats when little) so couldn't take them all together

I havent bothered (read didn't know about) calcium and evening primrose, so bit late now!

Right today's task, hospital bag, I'm worried I will need the long haul suitcase with the list I've seen!
