I've just seen Perfect Prep is £48.96 on amazon. The cheapest its ever been according to amazon price tracking

Arrrggghhhh - I finally cracked and bought one!! I've been putting it off and was going to wait to see how breastfeeding panned out first (didn't go so well with DD) but this price just tipped me over the edge :rotfl: Thank you for the heads up.Married my lobster in July 2011

_pale_ I am soooooo tired! Last night I kept waking up and then at 5am I was wide awake. Now I could do with some match sticks to keep my eyes open. In that situation where I want to nap but I know if I sleep during the day I will be up all night, sigh.
What probably doesn't help is that I have cut out all sugar and caffeine over the last couple of days and my body is lost without it. Hopefully in a couple of days I will feel sensational
I have considered getting the perfect prep but feel that we have spent so much already and that I want to put every spare penny into the maternity fund. On the other hand fi breast feeding doesn't work out it sounds as if it would make life easier. Oh there are too many things to think about :rotfl:Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Sorry if tmi but I think I lost a bit of my plug. I'll put the next bit in white so will need highlighting if you want to be grossed out. it looked like a little glob of pale yellow snot- is it a bit of my plug? Been getting a fair bit of white wet/gooey discharge too. Sorry, made myself feel a bit sick now.DS born November 2013 :smileyhea0

Vic I've been having the same for about a week. I seem to remember losing it gradually then lost much larger amounts towards end. Last time I think it started at about 37 weeks and went on until 42
I would phone your MW to see what she says. It might just be you're body getting ready, or a sign you've been overdoing it! Feet up lady and rest xx

Thanks chick- is that what it looks like? I'm scared to google! I am seeing her on Tuesday morning so will ask her then unless more comes away. I've been having some horrible pains in my inside upper thighs over the last few days. No idea what they are.
I've had lots of rest over the last week. My body is telling me that it's getting ready; things feel different if you know what I mean.DS born November 2013 :smileyhea0 -
Abis - Love you painted bump picture.
BZ - My SIL had one at 30ish weeks. It was interesting to see but I don't think I would pay for one. It took ages to get the baby in the right position and she had to keep drinking water and walking around and then trying again. We looked at theirs and decided not to do it.
After the conversation yesterday about what hospitals do and don't provide I think I will write down a list of questions for the next midwife appointment. Don't want to get caught short. My SIL was kept in longer than expected and had to borrow nappies from the other mums and then send out my brother to get replacements.0 -
Yes id say it looks like that, I seem to think the bits I lost kinda got chunkier as time went on (so hope this isn't grossing anyone out) to me it feels like my body is getting ready but I don't think there's any risk of my baby coming early IYGWIM?! I've found I've been shattered in the last week I seem to have to have a daily nap!
Sorry can't seem to change some text to white on my phone! XxTrying to save for a deposit
