Mrs_T_M I am so delighted to see you here
as for the undies I am unsure where you would get maternity briefs from however you could try switching to under the bump bikini style briefs which would be less expensive and more freely available.

Just jumping on here to ask a quick question. Anyone know where to find/order plus size maternity knickers? I *think* I'm a size 22 or 24, but would like to get measured, since my upper body is 3-4 sizes smaller than my lower body. I'm looking for cotton and comfortable, not too fussed about how they look. I currently live in my pj's so I'm ok on those for now, but my underwear has already started to get too tight!
Thanks in advance!
I just wore normal m&s shorts which sat under the bump. I'm size 22 ish.
Alternatively I bought a couple of 5 packs of size 22 big 'Bridget jones' knickers for post labour & have only worn one pair. I would have thought they could be suitable. So there's 9 pairs unworn. They were from Debenhams.
If you pm me your address I will send you them if you want to give them a go - assuming I can find them in the chaos my home has become since the baby has arrived!0 -

Congratulation Baba! What a quick labour! Hope you are doing ok xx
Hugs Star I had to keep nagging my MW for physio referral. I'm still in agony really hope this goes once my baby is here, getting in and out of cars/ bed is so difficult. X
I'm full term this week (37 weeks) can't believe it! Feeling exhausted though seem to be spending my maternity leave having daily naps. Felt inspired hearing Vic had almost finished her nursery so ours is almost donejust need lamp shade and some tie back hooks. Washed everything bar bedding (will do it weekend before section) tempted to buy a rug to tie in the theme. There's bunting to be hung but it can wait as i can't find space for it!
Hospital bag is coming together, just need to add casual clothes/ wash stuff and decide which sleep suits/ vests to take.Trying to save for a deposit

Thanks Star! I really hope it does I'm so sick of the pain! Xx
Vic my skin feels like that, I keep massaging in bio oil as it relieves it slightly. If it gets really sore I have been using sudacrem which is quite soothing. I hardly had any stretch marks before but boy has this baby made up for it! Thanks about the nursery it feels such a relief! I'm looking forward to some of the larger items being out of the room like the car seat/ bouncer/ carrycot etc as they make it look cluttered!
Washing is a pita in this weather! I put some out last week, our washing line snapped and one side ripped out of the wall! I've been trying to hang stuff outside (on another line!) when it isn't raining but most items are jotted about on airers indoors. I haven't washed all of the 0-3 yet but will do it over the next week! I think we might have too many clothes but it doesn't matter!Trying to save for a deposit

We have way too much but I'm not going to turn down free brand new clothes! I have two friends whose babies born in the last month never fitted into newborn clothes.
Is it wrong that our car seat is already in the car, simply to get it out of the nursery? The pram is in our hallway but still in the box.
Thanks for the tip...already using bio-oil but will give sudocrem a go.
Day 2 of maternity leave...got so much done already!!! Hubby is loving having home-cooked fresh meals in the evening instead if just bunging something in the oven.DS born November 2013 :smileyhea0
