Ha indeed Angelmommy!!
I hope Poppy & Locky are OK and have progressed today, fingers crossed for them both.
Do you feel like you are moving along Angel? I still feel like I have a few more days to go... Will see what mw says tomorrow.
Rummer - feeling better yet?
Still not great but new meds from the docs will hopefully help soon. Frustrated that I am unable to do anything, the nursery prep has ground to a halt so we still have all the baby thins piled in our roomHowever I at least have quite a while to get things sorted.

thanks for cheering up my lunch break with baby and bump photos!
Sorry to get a bit political - I wondered if anyone might be interested in this petition re Bounty. Even if its not something you want to sign you might be interested to understand how it works with Bounty on the wards. https://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/exchequer-secretary-to-the-treasury-david-gauke-mp-terminate-hmrc-s-contract-with-bounty-and-find-alternative-routes-for-child-benefit-form-distribution
I'll sign it - Bounty Reps should have been banned from hospitals a long time ago.14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
I'm a little paranoid that the longer I stay bold (go overdue) the bigger my baby is getting inside me...
Is this silly?
I know in my head I'll make it out to be outrageous like giving birth to a toddler or something, but he must be a week bigger now than he was due to be... eep.
Try not to panic, easier said than done I know. But I was 12 days over due when I was induced, 13 days over due when my little girl was born and she weighed 6lb 8oz.
I as well was panicking about having a big baby, thinking omg, 12 days over due just how much extra weight has baby put on.
Panicked even more when I asked at my midwife appointment how big baby would be based on my tummy measurement (40.5 cm at nearly 42 weeks) 2 days before being induced and was told 9lb 6oz. I really wished I hadn't asked and spent the last 2 days being scared of delivering a baby over 9lbs and once induced it was all I could think about.
I ended up having an emergency c section and when they told me what she weighed I asked them a 2nd time as thought I'd heard wrong, hahaha.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
Bahh that's rubbish Rummer
Hope they do work soon and you are up and running again
Our baby things were piled in our room right up to due date, ended up being quite the distraction for a good while when I went bold. Kind of wish I had more stuff to sort now! Where are you? I'll come sort out your stuff for you to keep you busy0 -

Ahh this makes me feel better! So if they measure me tomorrow I'm just as well to ignore their prediction really... I have been doing as much throughout as they've continually measured small but all the scans showed normal... unless this one suddenly measures big then I'll panic, hehe.
I should have learnt to be more patient earlier on in life... but hey ho. It will all be worth it in the end! I'm just jealous of you folk that have moved on0 -

I'm a bit too far for you to pop round :rotfl:
This baby is going to be delivered early so I am keen to get everything organised as much as possible as I am likely to struggle nearer the time and he will be here by at 38 weeks at the latest
Plus I really want to fill drawers with tiny clothes and arrange toys and books on shelvesTaking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
It's amazing how many tiny clothes fit in drawers! Wish my clothes took up the same amount of space... Without risk of being arrested.0

Thanks BabaMoose - still having contractions but around 10mins apart. It's all very frustrating as 3rd babies are supposed to fall out, not take forever! I was early with dd2 so expected same again this time. 6 days left until induction but think he will go in next day or two now plug has gone. Am I a little weird? I want my waters to go with a gush as haven't experienced that before lol.DD1 June 1997

Well fingers crossed that it is the next couple of days!
Don't think it is weird at all, I always presumed that that's just how they went before I read up on any of it... I think I'd still like mine to go like that, permitted I wasn't somewhere really public when it happened.0 -
I hope so, I've had enough now. His head is so low that I have a constant pain/ache plus contractions every 10mins. I've had him stop/start for the past few weeks!
Haha yes there are a few places I would rather my waters didn't pop.DD1 June 1997
