In my experience Calpol was not a must buy. I think most people grab a bottle when their LO's have their first jabs at 3mths from memory? I haven't needed it yet as the jabs have been fine.
I'm not formula bashing, but I have found my breastfed LO has only had a couple of sniffles- basically just a snotty nose caused by her escaping her grobag.
I would definitely recommend an amber teething anklet, my LO has had one since she was about 3 mths. She's now 17 mths with 16 teeth and we've only had issues with her having nasty nappies and drooling lots and lots!! She's slept fine and has been eating well. I was very sceptical in the beginning, but it looks cute on her chubby legs even if it is a load of tosh. I've already purchased one for my bumpGot married 13/11/10

Neither of my LOs had any problems teething, and neither wore bracelets/anklets.
Sorry that wasn't meant rudely, I was just highlighting that with teething its a case of some babies suffer, some babies don't, irrespective of bracelets/anklets.0 -

I totally agree, but she's had it on for so long now I don't want to jinx it and like I said it looks cute on her chubby ankle. I know some babies have a terrible time whereas others just seem to breeze through it. Different pain thresholds I guessGot married 13/11/10

Anyone bought from vertbaudet before?
I just placed an order for an all season sleep bag with sleeves that was £23 but you get £15 off your 1st order and then you get a animal themed changing bag for free as well.
The changing bag looks really cute from looking at the picture. It's cream with light green trim and green dots and then has a picture of a dog, bird, rabbit and a cat. Has a changing mat with it as well.
All up paid £11.99. Had to order over the phone as online it wants you to create a credit account with them and I didn't want one.
I've been looking for sleep bags/gro bags that are reasonable prices + also have that cute factor but couldn't find any I liked. Also liked the fact that this free changing bag wasn't black.
I'll have 3 changing bags now, lol. One that came with my pram, the boots one I got free and this one. However the other two are black so be nice to have a bit of colour.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
I get their brochures through the post all the time continualdiamond. I've heard good things about them though. They always have a free gift, I was super tempted with the changing bag, then the month after it was a wooden train, but their prices are a bit steep for me. £11.99 for a sleeping bag is really good though. I've heard their clothes can be a tad on the small side just in case you decide to buy clothes so get the next size up or try them on LO before they hit the age rangeGot married 13/11/10

I definitely wasn't paying £23 for a sleep bag, if it wasn't for the £15 off I wouldn't of ordered anything. She did say 'next item #' and when I said, that's all thank you, she was a bit stunned, lol.
But hey why order more, I wanted a nice sleep bag and just because I got £15 off didn't = having to go crazy and order more. I liked the look of the changing bag as well and didn't mind paying £3.99 for delivery. It was only free delivery when you spent £60 anyway.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
Just nipped to B and Q with OH and made a bit of an idiot of myself!
Was stood at the paint mixing counter buying paint for the kitchen, and as its on offer at the moment (3 for 2) I said to OH 'it's a shame we don't know what colour baby is going to be' (obviously meaning pink or blue!). The guy at the counter just looked at me in stunned silence!0
