Morning all. I've been away for a few days, back at work today though Hayfever (I think) has been terrible, particularly last night. Have been using my asthma inhaler constantly all night, just feeling terrible. Also staying at someone's house and sleeping on a mattress on the floor which has got to be the worst thing ever during pregnancy!

Sorry for moaning at you all, feeling awful today!

Been awake since 5am so decided it was only fair to wake OH up to...ooops!

Just taken him to work so I can have the car, going into town to find somewhere to get my nails done I think - need to do something for me - hope that isn't too selfish

Going to be so tired later so best get stuff done now

Morning all.

I don't know, you go offline to have a baby and a new thread is 'born' ;-)

My DS Xander was born on the 27th, weighing 8lb 6oz. Waters broke with a gush on the 26th and started having contractions about 12 hours later.

He is absolutely gorgeous and I'm loving being a mum.

No big movement for me but going to be induced tomorrow. Actually quite happy to have today to finish my HUGE pre-baby list which was put off the past couple of weeks due to all the hospital trips... 16 items on it :eek:

Good luck for tomorrow Sparkles - at least you have an end date in sight now and can plan - I will be lurking to see when you "hatch"!:p

Come on Minimuffin! You can't beat my 2 weeks!!! Get cooking BB's raspberry and lemon cake - that works a treat!

Thanks mini muffin - it is something I've had for a few weeks but yesterday seemed to make it much worst.


Day off with sicky son today - I always feel such a fake having a day off when there's nothing wrong with me!

Hello all,

I've been posting a bit on here and the 12-24 board, but now that I've hit 24 weeks today (yay!) I guess I need to settle in here!!

Hope you are well and enjoying the lovely weather. Wish I was outside right now not sat at my desk!

Had a midwife appt this morning and got my MATb1 so hopefully I can sort out claiming govt Mat allowance soon (I am self employed). Also felt baby kicking whilst MW listened to the heartbeat, always lovely
