Lots of positivity on here this morning.:)

magibucks, it's not daft at all to be motivated by success. Every loss is a motivation and if it comes with a certificate or an award or a drop into the next stone bracket then that's a huge cause for celebration. Good Luck for tonight.

I have my EE day planned:
B: baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas, NAS Ribena
L: foraging in the fridge, could be a stir fry or just a banana if not hungry
D: HM burger, SW wedges, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms and peas
Syns: squirt of sauce with burger and maybe a square of dark chocolate.

DH is in the habit of having a little 25g bar of 70% chocolate of an evening. He tells me it's healthy.;) He cuts it into six pieces and gives me one. I suppose that's healthy for me too.:rotfl:

mo2, you must be feeling so proud.

Welcome to our lovely thread need to be skinny & B17c.

    Thanks Beanielou :)

Well done to your DD, and to you mum of two, 4lbs!!!
I never really liked fish but in Greece I ate a lot of fresh tuna steaks and salmon and prawn cocktails and now I love it! In fact I will have tuna steaks today for lunch!

I bought an exercise bike from The British Heart Foundation shop yesterday, a tenner!!! The little computer heart moniter thing doesn't work but hey, a tenner!!! Had a wee go on that this morning and my legs were burning after 30 seconds... So unfit :o will have another go later and see if I can do at least 5 mins then build up daily from there!

    Plan today: EE

B: portion of pasta I made up last night
(fusili pasta shapes, small tin of chopped plum tomatoes, 3 rashers of GF'd bacon chopped up after cooked, 25g grated Red Leicester HEA,1 scrambled egg and half a tablespoon of mayo. About 3 syns for the whole thing? Less if you use light mayo)

L: seared tuna steaks (frylight) leftover cabbage and potatoes from last night. Mullerlight toffee with a banana in it!

D: my mum made a bolognaise sauce with extra lean mince, carrot, courgette, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and ragu so I'll have that with boiled potatoes... Can't eat too much pasta, rice, bread etc coz it sets my IBS off  I'll have to check the syns in the ragu sauce.

I don't think I'm eating enough superfree by the looks of it so I'll have a big salad with the bolognaise, lettuce, tomato and onion :)

Good Luck to anyone weighing in tonight! I think I'm going to go back through some old posts for inspiration! Dx

Having a Green day today and hopefully not too many syns:

    B - Fruit 'n' Fibre with HEA1 milk
L - SW quiche, salad, beetroot & pickled onions
D - Mushroom chasseur with rice

HEA2 - milk in tea throughout day
    HEB1 - 2 Alpen Light bars
HEB2 - not sure but may have some Ryvita with scrape of butter (2 syns?)

Will probably have a Mini Milk this evening - 1.5 syns. Ended up as a choc covered lolly for 9 syns:eek: but didn't have the Ryvita & butter, had 2 Alpen Lights for HEB instead.

    Hello everyone :j :j

    Here's my background......
I've been a member of SW since Sept 2010. Joined with my best friend who was a member. Joined because I needed open heart surgery but the hospital trust would not operate on me in my physical condition (my BMI was 40). Having been told to lose weight I cried to my friend who suggested SW. I haven't looked back. After wiping the smile of my cardiologists face and losing 5st in a year, I had my operation in November 2011 - 11-11-11 lol. It was a success.

I've been crowned my groups; Woman of the Year 2012, Miss Slinky, and Greatest Loser - a hat trick! Shocked at all 3 and very humbled if not embarrassed to win them! I've had my story published in a local free paper to promote my consultants group.

I finally reached Target in February this year. I've lost a total of 7st 10lbs to date. Struggling to maintain my target and keep going under!

I do minimal body magic, no gyms or anything excessive. I do like swimming and walking :) I stick to around 8-10 syns a day. I started on Extra Easy and its my main plan even now but I do like red and green. I lost 7lbs one week following the red plan (original) 100%. So it does work. I've also tried Success Express but have not tried Fast Forward!

I have thought of becoming a consultant but the time isn't right at the moment. But never say never lol.

I can't promote SW enough, it's worked for me and if you follow the plan 100% you will see results.....

If you need any help please holla....:):):)

Snap! I bought one from the charity shop too. The monitor was working but stopped for some reason :( tried everything to make it work but its dud. Other than that the rest works. I've thought of buying one of those bike monitors but you need wheels, - you know the ones that tell you distance travelled, calories burned etc. I don't know what else I could use to work out what I'm doing.

I wanted to complete one of those Bpdy Magic challenges from the website. I quite fancied cycling around Central Park and getting some stickers on my book! But won't know how far I've peddled.....

    Any help?

Hello all, 1.5 lbs off for me this week so all that chewing on 5 scan bran a day paid off! I will do it next week as well I think, but not today as I ran out and forgot to buy any at class (nipped into Holland and Barratt later, they have 15% off there) so today decided to have a REAL TREAT for HEB - 1 tbsp of olive oil! How long is it since I used olive oil, months! I shared it between ratatouille and some new potatoes. It's hard to believe that little bit of olive oil is the equivalent of 5 scan bran :rotfl: we shall see in the morning if it has the same effect.

Well done Millerose and thanks for offering advice x
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
