Hi everyone im new to the forum, quick background: I used to weigh 9st 7lb but ever since I had my son who is nearly 3 iv been stuck at 11st - 11st 7lb and I really need to get down to at least 10st.

Im started SW food optimising and today I ate:

B- X2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk and sweetner (a&b choice)

L- grilled bacon, tinned toms, mushrooms and poached egg.

D- slimming world chips, beans and eggs fried in fry light.

Snacks were muillerlight yog and fruit.

    Does this seem ok?

Hello - how much fruit did you eat as snacks? I ask because ideally each meal should have one-third of "superfree" foods which are most fruits and almost all vegetables (not pulses/beans, potatoes, parsnips) so in your breafast and dinner you had no superfree at all. You could have perhaps added some strawberries or raspberries to your breakfast, or had a slice of melon with it. With your dinner some tomatoes, or fruit before or after? Just trying to be helpful, I'm sure you'll soon ditch that unwanted 1.5 st as soon as you get your head around the superfree!
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    Hi all

Did not get a chance to go on yesterday as was out after work .

Frogga well done on such self control when your friends were here and congratulations on the jeans great feeling you must be thrilled

Tonight's the night  so let's see hopefully will get half stone award and am aiming for slimmer of the week

That I know may seem daft but figured if I am to win slimmer of the week it will keep me on the straight and narrow and then even if dont win it will have won anyway if my weights gone down

That may seem daft logic but it is something to give me an extra motivator

Yesterday was really good only bad thing was small sample size pack of jelly beans they have about 10 in pack

Today breakfast scan bran and bananas

Lunch marks and Spencer's chicken pieces and some salad and dinner to be decided once I get back from the class tonight

Decided to add one more thing into my add a veg a week to my mix

I'll now add a new fish too as fish seems to help me lose weight and am very unadventerous so who knows maybe some plaice or some David SOLE :rotfl: that will be from next week to broaden the horizons a bit

    Have a great day all

magicbucks~Hope you get your result
I think it does motivate us more if we get recognition.
I always find it hard when I have a gain ~ even if it is deserved ~ to then motivate myself to continue.

    :j First weigh-in: I lost 4 lb

I am happy, although I have lost this same stone about 6 times but now in the next stone down bracket, whoop whoop.

To stick to plan for a whole week is pretty good for me, the amount of times I have started WW or SW in the last few months, only to give up after 3 days.

I am declaring today a flexi day. My DD just got her fantastic exam results and we are celebrating with a take away tonight. I am going to be stick to plan all day but have what I want tonight.

Also went to the gym last night for the first time in months, it's amazing how quickly your fitness goes down when you haven't been for a while. (Not that I was fit or anything :p)

Maman - Yes it looked a bit scant for yesterday didn't eat - but I also eat really lightly the day of WI.

My goodness though the Homemade Soup gave me terrible bloating!

Just the 1 lb off for me last night and I was a bit annoyed - looking back on what I ate though last week fri - sun its no real surprise.

Went home last night after WI and had crisps and tuna melts with excessive amounts of cheese - oh the haribo came out at one stage as well lol:eek:

So have just meal planned for the week and very determined that no Chinese takeaway is going to tempt me this week.

Still feeling very bloated here today - wondering if the PMT could be on the way.

Anyway here is the plan of attack for today

B: Muller Light & Watermelon Fans

    L: HM Veg Soup

    D: 2 Slices of Nimble (HE), Tuna & Onion, E L Mayo (Syns 4)
Cheese HE & the rest of the soup as needs using

Liquids so far today Green Tea (1) Black Coffee (1)

Really need to get my water intake back to what it was :)

Good luck to all for today!:T
