So my friends arrived and it's so lovely to see them :D

It's tradition that we go to the beach for chips on the first night, but as planned I didn't have any. They weren't worried at all, as I knew they wouldn't be, and I just had a box of fruit that I'd got ready before hand.

They said they thought I'd done really well as I hadn't put any weight on from last year so obviously been managing it well. I told them the truth, that it had been up and down but it was nice to think I looked the same.

I also go my jeans on :jI couldn't walk, sit down or even breathe very well, but hey ho I got them on :D and they are a size 12! Although they are old so stretched, and like I said they cut off the circulation, but I got them on! And I did the zip up and everything! Now hopping off upstairs for the monday morning weigh in..

... ok good o that's another 4lb off. I'm now 14st 4lb and I was 15st 2 weeks ago so 10lb in 2 weeks. I'm really really wanting to be 13st 7lb by the start of the new term, so 11lb still to go in the next 4 weeks. Fingers crossed I'll do it. At least I've made a good start :D

Have a really good day people. And here's to a good week

Well done Frogga - 10lb in 2 weeks is amazing.

Have to say I've not been too good over the weekend, far more than 15 syns per day so will really have to rein it back in again this week until WI on Thursday morning and hope I can salvage enough for a 0.5lb loss or at least a STS.

Thanks Densy but ~ It's a bit of a false reading though because most of what I was weighing 2 weeks ago was just volume of carp in my body. I had eaten SO MUCH in the last week of term I feel it wasn't really a true picture of what I really weighed. I guess anything from now on is an actual loss. Hope that makes sense?

Well done Frogga, that's a lot in two weeks. My weigh in is tomorrow, can't believe I've stuck to the plan for nearly a week, I'll just take it one day at a time. There is quite a lot of stress in my life atm but I want to break the cycle of turning to food and mindlessly eating everything in sight.

Big shop today, made a list, will have some breakfast before I go.
Have a great day everyone x

Weigh in for me today and down 2lbs and now 14-7 so sort of :j but not really :o

I have been really REALLY good all week and as a daily weigher (I know its naughty but cannot stop) I had been as low as 14 - 5 during the week.

I stuck to my syns, had lots of water, no cake, ice-cream, lollies etc (which had crept in again) BUT.....

I had my syns and HEB as BREAD yesterday and BREAD just is the devils food to me.

    I KNOW it.

    But I CRAVE bread.

    I am addicted.

I just dont think I can do "a bit" of bread.

I have to give it up.

    Go cold turkey.

    Banish it from my life.

    :(

And I feel really guilty that me and my body cannot cope with eating a bit of (on plan) bread.

Please wish me luck in avoiding lovely, delicous, tasty, gorgeous, mouth watering, diet damaging bread!!

Definitely mo2. Take pride in the superior feeling that you're in control.

Like others I had a few too many (syns that is:rotfl:) over the weekend. But this is a new week. Started well with HEB porage (where's the sun gone:(?)

Weigh in for me tonight - was good last week up until Friday when I went a bit wild on Friday night and had a Chinese and copious amounts of Gin.....................

Saturday & Sunday wasn't too bad. Optimistic for a good loss tonight - want to get this 3 stone killed and onto the fourth
