I go to a group. Without the weekly weigh in I would be awful weighing myself at home and pretending I was doing better than I was- accidentally forgetting syns or going oh that doesn't count?
With a weekly meeting I know I have to face some other people
My group I'm lucky with its quite small I take my dd with me and she has friends therethat she plays with x
My consultant isn't the most supportive but when she knows ur struggling she's there offering texts and phone calls Etc?
However this thread is just as supportive as my group if not more so as its open 24-7 and with a lovely bunch of ladies who the regulars I think of as friends and often ponder how their doing?
For me I need the routine of a group but I also need the inspiration of this thread? With target members and people who are further on in their journeys for guidance really??

I really need to rejoin you all. I know I have said this a lot of times then life takes over. At the moment I feel much more able to follow SW properly. The only problem is that I must have let someone borrow my books
I do know that guessing doesn't work.
Tonight I ate a whole pack of Aldi Florentines so I really know I must get back on track. The scales don't lie so I haven't been weighed in ages... My GP aid he couldn't help me until my BMI was 30. It was 29 when I last saw him.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Thanks for the replies, good to hear both points of view, re. class/going it alone. Have noticed that SW are offering a voucher in Woman magazine tomorrow, so think first class is just £4.95, am going to get signed back up tomorrow, find myself a different class and see how it goes. I've had a look at this thread and it's amazing the support on here, so if I find class is not for me, know that there's lots of great info here.
Thanks again :j0 -
Hi all I have not been on the wagon for quite a few weeks as you may be able to tell.
I'm very aware I wil have put on at least 10lb (I weighed on friends scales on Saturday and it was 7lb!) but I know getting back on sw on Sunday (when we are back from in-laws) will see a big drop!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
