After having a big chat with my sister today I'm not sure I'll be doing SW come the new year, we've decided to follow the M&S diet plan and use their ideas but it doesn't really follow the SW way..
I find I stray too much on SW as I've done it so many times I just get bored with it and I can't bear mull*rlights :rotfl:so I'm afraid I'll be leaving you all shortly. I wish you all well on your journey and I'll pop back now and then to see how you're all doing..
Shala - Thank you so much for all your hard work, and all the best with your new plans. Please let us know how you get on - I too get that 'Bored And Had Enough' feeling so if you strike on a good plan, I'd love to hear about it.
I did not complete the challenge as my laptop gave up on me, then I was away for a week, so I'm really sorry. Now back on line with very old PC while laptop is away for repair (a week over guarantee date, grrr).
Hope everyone is ok, will now spend my Christmas break catching up with everyone's news.0 -
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. I have to say I am bored already of eating rubbish ! and think I'll be enjoying some SW chips for lunch today :T
I am taking each day as it comes, not being religious about being good and instead having what I want. alcohol syns have been on the high side..... Have a party tonight and have a few other naughty treats still in the fridge including some lamb and mint sausages (dread to think of the syns!!) but other than that, I will try to be relatively good.
Meanwhile, I've been looking at spending my Christmas money on a tablet device and wonder if anyone has any recommendations. I want it for gaming, catching up on mse of course, facebook, e-mail and my audible book subscription. My main preference is I would like it to have expandable memory.... Would welcome suggestions.0 -
WI this morning and a whopping 6.5lb gain (for 2 weeks) knew it was going to be bad.. have just hit self destruct, only myself to blame.. oh well
hope everyone is having a good Christmas x0 -

I am sick of eating rubbish too, just tried to force down the last of the Christmas pud and realised I didn't have to. Too much sugar, that's my problem.
Anyway Eric, I bought DH an Apple iPad. He is quite techie and very anti-Apple but we've succumbed to the lure of the dark side because it just seemed to be the best. Blimmin should be, of course at that money, it had better be amazing! Can't report back yet as he's still bumbling around with it, cursing. Ah, merry Christmas dear!
I do know someone with a Samsung tablet and they really like it, they have a Samsung phone too and like how they link up easily. Finally DS has a Kindle Fire which is great, he is 14 and I didn't feel like spending loads and it has been fine. He uses it for games and books, but I don't think does the memory thing you are looking for, you'd need to transfer stuff to PC I think but check that out if you consider one.0
