    Sorry I've been missing :o

Sorry to see you go Shala - the M&S diet sounds expensive!! :rotfl:

You've all done so wonderfully well coming up to Christmas, well done! I've been totally off plan & you don't want to know how much I've put on the last 2 weigh-in's, but I'm hoping the new years resolutions will sort me out & I'll get my head back in the right place.

Lost my voice yesterday due to a sort of coldy thing - hubby thought Christmas had come early :rotfl:

Sorry to hear of your decision but I do understand, SW can't work for everyone. Good Luck. Perhaps you'll pop back and tell us how you're doing.

All I can do is send you a hug tie. So pleased you're getting support in RL. Plenty on here anytime you need us.:A

I offered to drive yesterday so got through SIL's party on fizzy water. Food seemed OK, I had HM curry with plain rice. May have had a bit of oil but otherwise seemed OK. Did have a small slice of banoffee pie and 2 little poppadums but probably cancelled out by lack of wine syns.;)

Today's going to be fairly on plan but will probably have wine syns tonight. I'm going out to finish shopping in a moment (truly disgusting weather out there:() then I plan to relax a bit.

    EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: finish frittata and have some fruit (Satsuma/apple?)
D: SW burgers, wedges, peas, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried onions
Syns: squirt of sauce and wine syns.:j

-2lb today so my challenge total is 20lb ;)
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb
  • Well my weigh-in was slighty disappointing. Only 1.5lb lost this week. I was really hoping for 2.5lb, so I'd reach the magic first stone off before Christmas. But I really should be happy with 13lb in 3 weeks so I will just try for a stone lost before the New Year instead! So 1lb needs to go this week. Not the best week for it I suppose, but I don't plan on drinking or eating too much so we will see.... :D

Don't be disheartened that's a really good loss. I find it gets easier from now on in. So easy to eat on plan with a roast and then cold meats, salads and pickles. I find it far better than all the nibbles parties in the weeks leading up.

:Tmildredd, you've really exceeded your expectations. So pleased for you.:)

I think I'm all sorted for Christmas now. Got the last bits of fruit and veg today. Car park and weather horrendous but fine in the shops. I'm going to put my feet up and watch a film tonight. Looking forward to it.
