I'm envying you the HM soup lantanna. It's a miserable, wet day here. The problem is I'm trying to run down my freezers a bit so resisting making anything extra. If you don't mind me commenting, that doesn't look like much food for the day.:)
My EE day:
B: HEB porage with HEA milk, NAS squash
L: ham and bubble & squeak with LO vegham and new potatoes with cauli, broccoli, tomato & courgette cheese
Syns: syrup with porage, cheese sauce0 -
Good luck with your WI Lantanna, I am guessing that is why you are eating light, or maybe you are not a greedy pig like me;)

banana and yogurt

strawberries

Weighed in on sat and had put on 1lb which I think was a combination of several train trips back and forth and it was * week so I'm back on track now, just been to Morereasons and stocked up on lots of meat, fish, salad and fruit and my grandad has given me lettuces, potatoes and onions from his garden... Yum!

Welcome back to Scotland B17c :j and to the thread. You'll soon have that lb off and more besides, good luck
Good idea about doing the bacon and mushrooms on the George Foreman, do you just throw the mushrooms on whole and squash the lid down on them? Going to try that, will save me a lot of hassle and time, thanks0 -
Hey all!
Well done to MrO, Frogga and anyone else I've missed
Saturday went really well, managed to stick to 15 syns despite the temptations at reenactmentMy OH had prepared a lovely syn-free dinner for when I got home of chicken pot-roasted with 40 cloves of garlic, roasted root veg and mashed potatoes
Sunday was a duvet day to recover, and included a chinese, which took me a little over my syns, but I thoroughly enjoyed every momentOH and I split things, which helped, so I had a glass of wine
L - 30g cheddar (HEA), 60g w/meal roll (HEB), lettuce, cucumber, red onion
D - 1/2 chicken chow mein (3.5), mushrooms in gravy (2), 5 prawn crackers (1.5), 250ml dry white wine (8)
Another 1 syn for milk and 2 for sugar totals 18
Having finished the steroids I'm back to not being hungry, so today has so far been 2 syns of sugar, 1 of milk, an apricot and some strawberries.
There's some chicken boobs for tea, but I'm not hungry. I don't seem to have lost anything either, not sure quite why. Perhaps I'm not eating enough?

Thanks MO2!! I just need a job now and I'll feel much better
Started the 30 Day Shred Jillian Michaels DVD the other day, on day 4 now so hopefully a bit of body magic will help!
I quartered the mushrooms and bunged them on with the bacon and squished the lid down, much healthier than fryingCredit Card Debt:[STRIKE]£12991[/STRIKE] £12526

This is one of my favourite meals, so the last time I had it I bought a cabbage as well and blanched a few of the large leaves (took out the stalky bit first), then used the leaves rather than the pancakes. and, although it broke my heart, I pulled the crispy skin off the duck and gave it to the crows that live outside.Good idea about doing the bacon and mushrooms on the George Foreman, do you just throw the mushrooms on whole and squash the lid down on them? I do a fabulous HEB/breakfast panini-type thing on the GF. I do the bacon & sliced mushrooms on it and while they are cooking I spread two small slices of wholemeal bread with (one slice) slimming world's yummy tomato ketchup (other slice) plain yoghurt or quark or something else white and tasteless, sprinkle of black pepper and some sliced tomato. When the bacon & mushrooms are cooked pile them onto one prepared slice, put the other on the top, RESPRAY THE GF, and pop the sandwich back in for a few minutes - it is divine. If you want to add a bit of cheese (either syns or HEA) it's even better. Also, half a pack of Lakeland butter buds sprinkled inside the sandwich will give a buttery flavour for those that like it.:D
Weigh in for me in the morning, I've run out of scanbrans so just had 4 a day for two days, still going through t.paper at a rate of knots though. I feel as if I've lost, so fingers crossed.
Good luck to all WI tomorrow x:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
