Thank you so much for the warm welcome, much appreciated!!

And the info about the Muller Greek style (1/2 syn) - they taste so much better than other FF yogs I have tried, I think thats a great syn value.

    :D

Today is just my 2nd SW day and its a quiet day, on my own.....

Always a danger for me when it comes to mindless eating!!

    :rotfl:

Good luck to everyone for a delicious (but on-plan) day and congratulations for the weight losses

Day 2 for me, green again.

Using an A for milk in tea/coffee

    Breakfast will be banana&yoghurt

Lunch baked potato with beans, cheese and salad(A)

Dinner spaghetti bolognaise(B choice) with cheese (B choice) and salad. Will count 3 syns for dinner as made using lean not extra lean beef.

Got grapes, melon and lentil soup for snacks if I'm hungry.

    Does that look ok?

Change from my mealplan already! Instead of cereal and milk (HEA&HEB) I am having the potato saute from the 100 EE days book. I'm actually having a Green day but this recipe fits with it anyway.

For anyone interested it's Frylighted leftover sliced potatoes, mushrooms, baked beans and egg. I'm really looking forward to it as it's something different to anything I usually have.

It's LO bean casserole for lunch and Spanish chicken (chicken - HEB + 3 syns for chorizo) for dinner tonight.

    Morning all,

Well done Aggy, Beanie and Jane on your fab losses! Welcome to the newcomers, ajnd well done to those who are struggling but clinging onto that wagon! :D

3lb off for me this week despite being * week - about time too, that loss has been in the bank for the last couple of weeks so am hoping shaking things up a bit is giving me the boost I need to get the last 21lbs off. May even end up reassessing my target (I picked 100lbs as I like a nice round number, as long as it isn't me that's round :rotfl:) but will see where I'm at just before hols in Sept.

Have a good day all :)

Just read your previous post - the emotions we go through before WI are crazy aren't they? I always dread it and stand in the queue worrying even if I've been super good! What's even sillier is that what's the worst that can happen, may have put on a pound or two, so what?! But even though it makes no sense we still worry, madness!

Blodwen and Skint_cat me too. My WI tonight.
I know I shouldn't but I got weighed on my own scales this morning and looks like only another 1/2lb off. I can gauge this because mine are about a lb in difference to my group.
Well even if that's so, I am quite happy with that. It might drip off me slowly but it's the best family social plan I have ever been on.
I feel really well. I'm not watching the family tuck into shepherds pie, lasagne, cooked breakfasts ect I can join in!
I sit there and clap away at class and genuinely feel happy for those who have big loses each week. There are some nig but bonny lassies there who are emerging as stunning. Slow and steady for me it's is then so be it. I can eat like this the rest of my life it's not something I have to come off one I've got to target.
Some people can eat anything they like and not put an ounce on. Hey ho I'm not one of them. I can match them however for my improving health an lowering my BP, blood counts and other numbers.

So I'm definetley trying to cling onto the wagon as it goes!

Not been on here for a while as had major work stresses and have an exam next week.

Had 1.5 lbs off last week and this week I'm up 0.5 lbs.

So I've booked next week off as a holiday as I'm under too much pressure at the minute and will concentrate on it after I get my exam over.

Re the 0.5 lb gain - was out drinking three nights last week and eating crisps from thursday (work & exam stress).

So anyway hoping to just maintain until tues and then totally reattack after the exam. Really need to go back and refocus on healthy meals etc - think I am getting bored as well so need to try some next recipes - but as I said my life is on hold til next tues lol. :rotfl:
