Argh 0 got that night before WI paranoia again :(

Got to stop this - I'm literally terrified about what I will have lost/gained! Guess it's just because it means so much to me. Got to think about something else..... :o
  • Can I join in please? :D

Had a very turbulent few years, end of a 30+ year marriage, dating again in my 50's , met a wonderful man who is now my husband, and after a honeymoon cruise, weekends away, cooking for lovely DH and DD's wedding, I find myself at 15 st 2 lbs :o

Got all my SW books out, planning on EE, sadly cannot get to meetings due to DH's work pattern and looking after DGS.

It's nearly 3 years since I last did a SW class and I have put on 16lbs since then.....

So starting again today.....hope you dont mind me tagging along with you other SWers :D

Hi Fozziebear :hello: Love the name! xxx

    Snack - strawberries
L - lettuce, toms, peppers, cucumber, cooked chicken breast, balsamic vinegar dressing (0.5), ML yoghurt
    Snack - banana, 2 satsumas
D - chinese style savoury rice, chicken, stir fry veg ( beansprouts, pakchoi, peppers, baby corn, carrots and something very green, not sure what it is!!!...lol) with black bean sauce (2.5 syns), yoghurt

Really want chocolate but going to be good!!!

    Thanks everyone

Looks good but you really ought to have a few more syns. You're supposed to have at least 5 syns a day.
