Quick question, got some baked potatoes in the oven, going to have one for lunch. How long will they keep once cooked? I was going to take one to work for lunch tomorrow, will that be ok?

Tomorrow would be fine - wrap in tin foil & should be fine

I used to cook loads at a time, cool wrap in tin foil & pop in freezer & heat when required

Now i just use a microwave - jacket ready in 10 mins!

I always par boil chips & freeze them - then chuck them straight in oven frozen :)

Change from my mealplan already! Instead of cereal and milk (HEA&HEB) I am having the potato saute from the 100 EE days book. I'm actually having a Green day but this recipe fits with it anyway.

For anyone interested it's Frylighted leftover sliced potatoes, mushrooms, baked beans and egg. I'm really looking forward to it as it's something different to anything I usually have.

It's LO bean casserole for lunch and Spanish chicken (chicken - HEB + 3 syns for chorizo) for dinner tonight.

love the sound of those meals, where can i get the bean cass recipe?

RFD pleased to you are still positive and didnt get put off, good luck for nextWI. and to the others who are WI this week,

My lunch was so yummy! Nice jacket potato with crispy skin, with loads of black pepper, an A of cheese and some hot sauce. Had snack pot of baked beans, salad and beet root on the side.

Thanks Jinny I know. Can't wait until the exams over and I can refocus on this. Today I'm having 30 gPasta, tesco hot & spicy chicken, peas, celery, cool salsa and two baby bel light for lunch right. Such a random mix but lovely.

Oh flip just as I was writing this a guy in work just came up to me and said how much weight have you lost and what are you doing to lose it. Mortified now .....................

I've always hated talking about my weight be it a loss or gain............:(
