Hello Everyone
I am rejoining SW tonight so have subscribed to this thread and will be posting to keep myself motivated!
I went to SW throughout 2012 and lost over 1.5 stone up to October and then was static until Xmas but since then the weight has been creeping back on. I need to act now before I am back to square one!
Looking forward to chatting x'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain'0 -
Gah, only 1lb off for me this week
Has motivated me to try harder this week though - I really want to get that bloody stone gone! Lots more sf squash & more SF foods - I need to do a shop so some meals had gone without it the last few days - naughty naughty!
Also started on the treadmill again today - 15 minutes everyday - not that hard right?

Thanks for the new thread.
I have lost 5lbs since my last post on here. I have been ill and waited until I was definitely eating properly again and wasn't dehydrated anymore before weighing.
Today's plan
B; porridge (HEB) semi skimmed milk from allowance (HEA) and tea with milk
L; 4 oatcakes, not sure of syns with 30g low fat cheese (no fresh fruit or veg in house)
D; chilli con carne with rice (loaded with vegetables and beans)
Guessing it will be 15 syns today
We are going to chiro and 4ldi later so I can stock up on healthy things.
ETA I am on a wheat free diet hence the oatcakes and porridge. Getting a bit bored with them now though.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Does anyone has a suggestion for a "creamy" dressing I could use with cold cooked pasta, tuna, veggies etc......???
I would like to make up a big bowl to keep in the fridge for nibbling danger times
Google brings up SW marie rose sauce but........the links dont seem to take me to a recipe!!
:rotfl:
I am thinking a quarkish or ff fromage frais type of thing might do the trick.....???
Ideally I would like a ff mayo-ish recipe.....cannot STAND ready made low cal mayos, far too sweet for my taste, so I think I need to make something from scratch.
Any suggestions would be great!0 -

Like I say I don't think it's gonna drop off me fast. It's a price I pay I think for eating loads. SW EE doesn't really help me lose fast I don't think I can handle carbs well. I've tried Atkins type diets before and they do work fast but I get too hungry. Red days are the same I would miss my unlimited pasta ect.
At least it's a pound in the right direction skint_cat”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)

Oops skint_cat just read you had started treadmill today.
Must focus and pay attention. I can only manage 10 -15mins treadmill
I find it really boring can't relax and watch tv on it either”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)

I think also I should be more consistent with syns but can't decide what figure to go for. 10 I guess & see what that brings next week! Bit scared to go to 15. I know they say you can take the 'scenic' route, but I want to make good progress whilst my motivation is high, so willing to do anything to achieve that at the moment.
A lady at class this week began to treadmill & lost 3lbs when she thought she'd lost nothing, so it inspired me, though I guess funny things still happen with our bodies jinny! I know that with the amount of weight I have to lose I need to start now to tone up as I go, otherwise I will be very saggy when I get to a nice size & don't want that! I watch TV or a DVD on my laptop in front of it - makes the time go quicker!0 -
Just nipped to sainsburys to get ice cream for DD as she's under the weather. Got strawberry cornettos, they are only 8 syns each?! 160 calories, sounds good to me...The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Not sure what else yet.Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0
