Iceland or Farmfoods is probably your best bet.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Just another 1/2lb off as predicted.
Happy with that but could be happier.
Don't know wether to go on red days just to get things moving.
Like I said earlier tho I would miss the freedom of EE .
I feel really well eating this way so will make a decision tomorrow
Does anyone prefer green or red days to EE?”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”

I prefer green I suppose - just what I'm used to after 10 years of doing SW! Love my pasta, rice & SW chips
Red days are hard but do make you think creatively. TBH on EE I'm getting a bit sick of salad & fruit! (And it's only week 3......)

Tomorrow will be green again:D
Using an A for milk in coffee & tea
Coffee
Banana, yoghurt
Baked potato with cheese(A), beans, salad, beetroot
Grapes
Chicken (B) fried rice - may use another B option for oil?
Strawberries, meringue(5), yoghurt
Is that ok?The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

RFD pleased to you are still positive and didnt get put off, good luck for nextWI. and to the others who are WI this week,
Not a recipe as such! I just Frylight some onions until soft, add chopped up peppers and courgettes (you can add any veggies you want), add some beans (I tend to use dried beans which I've previously cooked - or you can use tinned), add tinned tomatoes and cook through.
Serve with rice, couscous or on its own.
