1st day.....please feel free to tell me off when I get it wrong, it has been a while since I did SW.

So I am likely to get it wrong.....

Fresh cream cakes ARE still free foods, arent they????

    ;)

B - apple and strawberries (free)

    L - 3 x Finn Crisp (HEB) + 10g butter (3.5)

T - will be SW meatballs and pasta (free)

    Milk in tea (HEA)

I have stocked up with fresh fruit but do need to get some fat free yogs.....hoping they are still free!!

    :: rumble rumble rumble ::

I couldn't survive on your meal plan - i would be STARVING! :o

Also, i think you might need more superfree foods to be an EE day

Let us know what fat free yogurts you like & we can check they are free for you

Most mullerlights are free & any natural fat free yogurt or fromage frais is free too!

    Afternoon all

Thank you FlatEric for the shiny new thread

Put on again last week, but as everyone says it's to be expected & i'm 'allowed' to - arrrgghhhh!

I seriously need to get my bum at least halfway on the wagon - my meals over the last week have been shocking - didn't help that day before & on my birthday i was ill & sick (i blame baby playing with my stomach!) so didn't eat hardly anything - still not got a proper appetite back yet either - not a bad thing right?

Has anyone got any nice recipes/meals that are simple & quick to make that i can make this week? (nothing that involves salad though!)

Wish everyone luck for scale stepping this week x

Thank you for taking a look! :)

Wish I could say I had a meal plan, I just woke up and decided to begin today, so have winged it today.....

    lol

Sainsbugs had Muller Light Greek Style on BOGOF so I got those.......hopefully free????

I usually HATE fat free yogs, but this one was tasty.

My SW meatballs ad spaghetti had onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and carrots in it, so I need to look and see if any of them are Superfree....and I had a lot of it!

(Andtruthfully I had forgotten all about about Superfree)!! :o

Thanks for your comments, much appreciated.

    Thank you Blodwen!

I feel guilty people thinking I didnt eat much, I did!

Lunchtime was the only small meal (and that was only because I was busy and I REALLY fancied something very crunchy).....

Brekkie fruit and Teatime meal were big ;)

I am feeling ever so slightly more positive about things. I've worked out that if I stop at the larger supermarket on my way to work on a Monday, then I can pick up bits and pieces to see me through the early part of the week. I usually shop at the Mr T Metro or Express and fruit and veg choices are limited so I mostly don't bother. I've also decided to use a posh notebook I bought from paper chase as a meal planner book, now I just need to sit down and write in it !!

:)Thats nice, a special book, thats my kind of planning.
do you live alone ? and why dont you do a main shop at weekends?

Welcome fozzie, what a great happy ending with a new marraige- its lovely when a second chance comes along.

Food- I cube fresh salmon , spray with frylight stuff, and microwave it, served with pasta, and a homemade tomato sauce.

I also like tinned salmon with cottage cheese, is tinned salmon free?

My syns will be Irn Bru sweets, has anyone tried them? the boiled humbugs?:)
