    Morning.

    Great losses, well done.
Yesterday was another good day although I ate loads but all within plan.

I got in a nibbly mood last night, so ate my 6 HEb crackerbreads with cottage cheese, ham, cheese (HEa) tomato, cucumber. Evenings is always my dangerous tempting times where I want to eat constantly and when usually the crisps and chocolate come out and the kids offer me treats.
    Have a nice day everyone.

WI for me this morning. Really hoping I've had a loss this week - have kept my syns lower this week - especially alcohol ones:rotfl:.

Hello, can I join you please? My motivation has gone, I found a great group but there's a terribly loud person in it who dominates all conversations and I find myself inwardly rolling my eyes and wanting to strangle them.....so I've stopped staying to group when I really need to :(:(:(

My group is dire as well - I swear my consultation is on speed - so embarrassing and loud. Not what I want at all. I get more out of this forum that the group - thanks to all you lovely people :) :T

Well done Paulie's Girl - great loss I've my 3 stone certificate in my sights and thankfully my motivation is returning :T

I used to get really confused but now I think HEB for Bread. I'm quite happy with the Seed Sensations wholemeal. Not as good as Burgen but acceptable.

Well, my fish and chip supper morphed into a Chinese take-away last night. DH had been doing some DIY for DD1 and she wanted to thank him. She suggested something from the chippy and then changed her mind to Chinese. It was yummy, I enjoyed it all plus the wine that I had with it. Definitely a flexi meal.

Strictly back on the wagon today. I went to WI and had lost 1.5lbs so I'm now firmly towards the bottom of my target range and lighter than my pre-holiday weight. Very pleased with that and obviously too soon for last night's meal to have taken effect.:D

I think this thread's great and far better than my group too. My consultant has set up a facebook page where lots of the group share recipes and ups and downs on but I think this thread is better. There's no way I could go on our local page and tell everyone about my 'nice but dim' consultant or be critical of some of the vagaries of SW.
  • oh dear I opened a box of those special k sweet chilli 'crisp' things thinking I'd have the will power to stop at 21 crisps .... tho thank god I DID stop at 42! Think we will call it a flexi syn day & be done with it!

    Hi Losers ;)

Back from our holidays last week, had a fab time & put on 1.5lb!! So I was back on the wagon yesterday, just not had a chance to post. Used up 5 syns yesterday,

    Todays EE plan is

    B - Banana, toffee muller
L - HM Lentil Soup, melon, pineapple, strawbs
D - SW Quiche HEA, large salad
Syns - 2.5 for skimmed milk, 2 for hot choc
    HEB - 2 x benefit bars

My DH is away this week so I have found it much easier not to nibble or have alcohol at night. He is the devil on my shoulders :rotfl:

I am planning a chinese on Saturday, really wanted a chicken karahi from Indian but dread to think of the syns, am I correct in saying a chicken chow mein is 7 syns?

My weight has been slowly creeping back up again over the last few months, I know I don't have as much to lose as others but I am starting to feel it on me again now :(. DH being away will give me even more willpower :D

Back from WI this morning. Down lb - pleased with that, definitely had less syns than usual this week. I usually have the 105 over the week but only had about 70 or so this week and less alcohol syns:T.

Need another 2lb off to get back into target range again. I've been having problems with the weight going up, down, STS for the last few months. Would really love to get 4lb before I go on holiday early next month.
